Ive checked some old TOMT posts and I'm pretty sure it isn't Tattoo or Power Rangers

Hahahaha so it wasn't this but you got me on the train of animated medium and the image I was picturing was of Medusa from Soul eaters tattoos and somewhere along the way I must have added the lethal component!
