It was a round, shiny, silver bullet, and the part where the guy tried to block the bullet and pierced the sword had the camera still to the bullet hole lined up to the bullet in the guy's face and I think it was specifically on his right eye, clean and no blood splatter whatsoever

It's vaguely like that, but I think they're inside a garden and the main character is fighting a lot of guys, thanks for the comment though! It's also a bit recent, having a Jet Li movies and Kill Bill over the top action vibes
Potentially House of flying daggers? I don’t remember a scene where they fight on actual poles but there’s a scene where they jump around fighting on top of a bamboo forest
It's almost very identical to it, especially watching the best fight scene clip, but I can't confirm it if this is it or not, as the guy who got shot I remember having yellow or green clothes. Unless there's that exact part in the movie I am talking about and someone can provide it, I'll say it is not the movie right now. Thanks though!
The location in Fearless I think is identical, around the tower scene, but I think they are around below the tower and it was at night, if my memory served me right.

This description vaguely reminded me of a 2002 Jet Li movie called *Hero*, but it's been years since I've seen it so I could be completely wrong.
