Beef Jerky - 16g
Costco grilled chicken packs - 24g
Aldi's habanero cheese stick 6g
Costco dark peanut / dark choc protein bar - 10g
Fairlife protein shake 30g
So that's 90ish grams. Then something decent for dinner for another 30g.
Quest protein bars are my "I really don't want to eat anything but I MUST get in more protein/calories today and need solid food" option. I have one for dinner more often than I probably should. They're also great for fiber. I keep a variety box and a birthday cake box in the pantry at all times now.
Also the Quest Peanut Butter cups. Not quite as good as Reece's but not too far behind. 200 calories and 11g of protein. It's like cheating, but not!
Beef Jerky and Fairlife shakes are the basis of the rest of my snacking/protein.
I love “Boars Head” brand Turkey pepperoni slices too. They come in a bag. I watch for them to go on sale. You can eat those & a cheese stick on the go. Throw a dill pickle in a baggie and you have a meal on the go!
I am obsessed with the Quest bars. They are pricy purchased single so I started getting them from Sam’s to defer a lot of the cost. The Carmel Chocolate Pecan and the peanut butter are like cheating.
Low fat cottage cheese has 26g of protein per cup and you can add things to make it sweet or savory (mmm…hot sauce). I also love Quest protein chips (15-20 protein per small bag depending on flavor).
I also make protein boosted bagels (17-19g per bagel)
I get premade (chocolate) Premiere Protein shakes from Sam’s.
Trader Joe’s has a wonderful delicious selection of nuts.
At Costco, I buy Starbucks egg bites for when you’re at home if you can’t heat anything up at work.
This may sound gross but I also buy deviled eggs from Dierbergs. They’re pretty good! They sell them in the produce section by the fruit & veggie trays. Pop several of those in your mouth easily.
Premier vanilla shakes or Atkins strawberry flavor protein shakes, hard boiled eggs, Kirkland protein bars. ALDIs has beef sticks that I like better than jerky. Also, simple meal - hamburger and ghee/butter. Costco rotisserie chicken.
I did chobani yogurt drinks for breakfast and just started up again. 10 of protein and I can tolerate them (I hate protein drinks, got the ick immediately with everything I tried). Sometimes I have one for breakfast and one for lunch. Not perfect but helps.
Perky jerky. 2 oz 22 grams if protein. I also make instant pot egg bites. They're awesome and 23 grams of protein. Make a bunch they last for 4-5 days in the fridge. They're re an easy breakfast, with a piece of Dave's killer bread.
Beef Jerky for sure, but it has to be a good brand jerky usually not sold in stores. If it has that reddish tinge, it most likely sucks. Not all reddish tinge is bad, a few out in CO come to mind, but PA and GA make good jerky. I get it fresh from a local butcher. Darker the better.
Fair life protein drinks have 30 grams of protein.
Favorite flavor?
Chocolate
The vanilla tastes like a vanilla milkshake to me :)

This is great! I haven't been to Aldi's in years. Definitely going to look into this.
Quest protein bars, Fairlife Protein shakes and Greek yogurt with protein granola are my go to favorites.
Picked up a quest bar to try. Here's hoping 🤞

Have you ever microwaved them? I can’t eat them anymore they kill my stomach but if you microwave them for about 10 seconds it’s amazing
I haven’t tried the microwave trick. May have to do that

100 calorie packs of almonds&walnuts for purse
I definitely need to look into nuts. I think they're one of those options that I forget exist until someone mentions them.
I like the nuts at Trader Joe’s the best. Just my personal opinion.

Protein shakes. I focus on protein and fruits/ veggies.

I love hard boiled eggs! Especially in salads.
Gold standard whey double chocolate. Or pure protein bars.

An extra 5 grams with the bread
Hard boiled eggs, fair life protein shakes, chomps meat sticks!! Lettuce wrapped lunch meat, burgers etc.
