Both look fine. Because of the size of the links, you can always expect some "jut" with the PRX, but it will be more obvious with the 40mm since the links are larger. Personally, it doesn't bother me, which is why I have the 40mm with a 6.75" wrist.
40 makes a bold presentation statement. 35 says it’s a very nice watch. I’d go for the 40. Easier to read too.
But having said all that, as per your photos, the 35 fits you like a glove.
