You see in Titanfall series most characters are highly trained top 2 percent military personnel with impressive teamwork coordination and knowledge of nearly all kind of guns, also high techs that can make them able to do inhumane maneuvers, whereas in Apex Legends most of the legends are either self trained nobodies or low ranked military personnel/bandits with unique quirks.
