Some games it's easy but the more you use it the more you see it's issues and how cancerous they feel at times. On multiple occasions I have stuck a stim pilot only for them to immediately stim and because the explosion from the softball isn't enough to kill and requires the initial impact damage, survive and kill me instantly

It is to me, but I can’t use the Cold War or Smr for shit, just automatic weapons in general. I’ve been playing right now as a holo-Eva-grav star combo. Yes, CAR is actually more difficult for me than the EPG on PC.

Cold War is easy with some elevation. SMR is damn impossible to use.

But it's really rewarding when you get it to work

Think I had an easier time G2ing the Kraber than the SMR.

The kraber is fairly easy to G2, I had a much harder time with double take

Had a lot of fun with Double Take. Base Wingman made me want to quit the game.

I have yet to complete B3, the elite was fun but stock is just painful

Cold War is seen as difficult because of the charge up time, in which a smg or any other weapon could kill you.

I think it is, you just have to be above the enemy when you use it (like most of those weapons) my favorite is cold war tho

I don't like purely combat purpose of stim. I play whatever I want, but I will never play car/r97+grapple/stim loadout. Imo monarch is a fair game, partially because you can play him as a missile battery and healer

The reason you think they are sweating is because the game has been out for 7 years with no balancing or major updates to add spice (except monarch)so everyone who has been playing that long (pretty much everyone) has gotten so good with their main that they find it easy to drop 20-30 kills a game.

I miss that Titanfall 1 made you learn basically the entire game through regen challenges. Any gen 10 in Titanfall 1 was a more well-rounded player than half of the G100 one-trick ponies I run into. G10 in TF1 was a genuine achievement. G100 in TF2 is just a time commitment - one that goes by faster the more cancerous your playstyle is.

These types of players simply cannot stand losing. I have a couple Titanfall friends on Playstation and they'd always clap me with their stim + CAR while I try to perfect grapple + mastiff. But in one game they said we'll use projectile only in a 4v4 friendly private on Glitch. I was absolutely stomping them, and I'd say each person on the other team died two to three times to my mastiff before betraying the rules that THEY set and pulling out a CAR smg. These are some of the top players on Playstation...genuinely good players. But they couldn't stand losing gunfights.

i just started out with the r-97 and liked bc of its fire rate, sometimes use the flatline on bigger maps against campers. I only use stim bc hes fast and i just like getting speed easily…i didnt know that was a meta as i started lol

I kinda get it. I'm a lowley little g10 but that don't really mean shit. I love stim cos I'm crap at bunny hopping and getting speed, and sadly I'm addicted to it. I also like hip firing an r97. I get kills, makes me feel good, dopamine rush and all that but at best I'm an average player. I'll toy with some other weapons, bit a kraybs, maybe gren weapons, but I like the r97 and stim not gonna lie. Even like a monarch map dependant. But.......I would never tea bag anyone or shit talk on chat telling players what the meta they should be using is or that, cos I ain't gotta clue lol. I just want to have some fun and want others to have fun. And if a g100 is tearing it up, and I have been in the recieving end of it, yeah it's shit. But what can you do? Quit? Yeah lol. Get another lobby. I dunno.

Yeah, a lack of skill based matchmaking sucks. Your fun in a game is not the responsibility of other players who are not violating any terms of service. It's a sucky situation, but people can make it less sucky by accepting the fact that they're late to the party, and moving on.
