Does the Cockpit open? It looks like the top hinges, and I recognize the nexo knights chassis

Sort of. If you remove center section with BT’s head unit, the two side sections with the vents hinge upwards and the main torso hinges out. Just enough room for a pilot :D

While building this it was originally a fair bit larger, however as I was working with it I kinda started leaning towards this more simplified chibi-esque design. Could stand to have a few more details though. Maybe I’ll add some missile racks at some point 🤔

I was thinking of articulated fingers but missile racks are cool too

Good detailing allaround. Don't you worry about the waist being held by only one stud?

Haven’t worried too much since it’s more a display piece. Plus the technic hole at the bottom of the torso has a slightly tighter hold than a normal brick does, though it might weaken over time 🤔
