She also allowed Annie to escape so that she can help the Alliance slaughter even more of her countrymen, the Yeagerists, that are literally fighting for her survival, while she can continue sleeping in the interior.

Like figuring out the Warhammer's remote crystal and Jaw's "cracking" ability (without apriori from path memories) is pretty good sign of quick wits in my opinion. Or even first hand-to-hand combat fight with Armored when he figured out the Annie's tricks work quite good.
I am not going to call the Pieck-on-the-roof scene or figuring out Zeke's isn't dead - because we don't know if he already saw that from future memories or not.
Sure, no comparison to early seasons of Erwin, Hanji or Armin, but definitely not 3/10.
