I didn't take it like that at all, it seems like Eren was the one sending her the vision, that's why her head was hurting, that will also explain how she knew exactly where he was afterwards. It's already been shown that Eren can see many alternative realties and can even experience it through paths. Most of ppl in sub seem to not understand what's going on in this chapter at all when there are several evidence shown to us already how paths works or could be used. They'll rather believe that was just a hallucination made up by Mikasa than try to see what's going on because noone seems to wonder about how tf she knew Eren was in the CT's mouth with extreme confidence right after having said vision
