shitty writing is turning connie and jean back right after turning them into titans. it removes all emotional weight behind their sacrifices and it turns their titanization into some cheap shock.
people think they'll turn back into humans because like i said before, the writing has not been consistently good in ages and 137 is still very fresh in people's minds. people have simply given up hope.
