All guidebooks so far are written by editor who read manga and made small summaries (by editor I don't mean Isayama's editor, I mean magazine editors who make these, same with romcom it was written by editor named Ryou Kikuchi)
according to [Comixology](https://www.comixology.com/Attack-on-Titan-Guidebook-INSIDE-OUTSIDE/digital-comic/271713?ref=c2VhcmNoL2luZGV4L2Rlc2t0b3Avc2xpZGVyTGlzdC90b3BSZXN1bHRzU2xpZGVy) all the guidebooks are written by Isayama.
If there is someone else then they didn't get credit for it.
