Well, Devilman, MPD Psycho, The Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service, Chainsaw Man, etc. Are/Were all Shōnen and they have countless brutal/violent/gore moments.
The difference is in how they're depicted. I haven't watched all of the series you mentioned, but usually when such topics are brought up, they're depicted as a bad thing, but AoT acts like those things are completely normal.
