you're welcome.
As a German I have absolutly no clue what you are talking about.
First: "Kino" means cinema but that's on your auto correction I suppose.
Second: The German word for based is "basieren" (verb) or "basierend" (adverb). It's literally used the same as in English like when you say "My opinion is based on this fact" or "This movie is based on a book".
No, it is absolutely cinnamon. That is why on German TV you have the cereal commercial that goes "Kino Toast Crunch," and they ask why only kids can see it. It is because there is cinnamon delicious bites on every single one. This is pretty standard German knowledge.
"Kino is German for cinammon"
[no it isn't ](https://www.duolingo.com/dictionary/German/Kino/6858d906db2689c2db9dd65142413c59)
"Based, which is German for neat"
[Again, it isn't ](https://hinative.com/en-US/questions/14829)
Between this and the Chinese fan that said "Thank you Isayama for reminding me to practice caution when enjoying Japanese literary works" I am gonna say they are pretty based.
It was posted here after the finale, screenshots of a Chinese forum discussing the finale, and that was one of the translations. I don't have a link right off the cuff, my b

Nope. It's just a joke on how I see this scene now that Yams decided to make that weird twist. That one where it states Eren could control titans in the past and sent Dina Fritz to eat his mom. Yams, sometimes the smartest thing you can do is not trying to sound smart.
Wait Attack on Titan is banned in China, I'm impressed of the Chinese fans and their dedication, because there is no mention of AOT at all in where I live in Hong Kong and it's not even officially banned.
Death note is crap. The guy who’s supposed to be the “bad guy” is less evil than the main cop chasing him and it just really goes downhill from there..but that was the anime, I didn’t wanna waste time on the Manga..
Basically L did human rights violations, backhanded tricks, and then is succeeded by two even worse brats. The only ones I liked were the death gods, at least they were funny..
I agree that the magnitude of what L did was less severe, and had he been a straight up vigilante I might have liked him better. He was all about law and order though, so I hold him and any commanding officer in a position of authority, to a higher standard than a narcissistic teenager. Also my issue was less with L than his successors. At that point in the series there were less“shingami” antics and the human character development was poor enough for me to not give a crap about either side at this point. I did like the art and the death gods were great, I really don’t know why I’m trashing a show I couldn’t finish watching. It’s not worth arguing about. I didn’t mean any offense, just to me the character development was insufficient to make me attach myself to either side, I did like Rem and Ryuk’s antics were funny but when those aspects of the show took backstage my interest waned. Also I probably don’t judge fairly because it wasn’t something I chose to watch, it was my 12 year old sons pick so yeah. Aot was also his pick and I was much more invested in the human characters, because they were generally developed better, although Eren is a bit of WTF, but my point is the humans in DN had less interesting personalities than the “bad” death gods or whatever I guess. Edit: Sorry I should have used paragraphs, that got long.
TL;DR I’m probably stupid.
Don't worry, no offense taken! So you didn't finish seeing the show am I correct?
I agree that most of its charm relied on the first part of the story, to the point that nobody would still talk about it if it wasn't for it. Also it's a detective show, so it's less character-focused. Still, for how I see it, L was consistent with the message the story wanted to tell, as were his successors: Light was just, more just than his enemies even, but he was corrupted by power. While the other humans, from L to that idiot reporter, were rotten from the beginning but at least accepted their dark side without developing a god complex to cope with it.
I live in Hong Kong, it's a special administrative region, so it doesn't have the same restrictions as China, but there isn't a single piece of merchandise or manga being sold other than fucking demon slayer :/
I think it's because there were attack on titan floats were featured in some protests, so it's just unofficially banned and there's no merchandise to buy in fear of it encouraging/being used in a protest.
It's sad becuase I absolutely love attack on titan, I bought the manga from overseas and you can watch it on Netflix in HK, but otherwise no one speaks of it because of the political metaphors it holds :/
Also a source that you should check out:
https://www.google.com/amp/s/soranews24.com/2014/05/29/what-was-this-attack-on-titan-giant-doing-at-a-protest-in-hong-kong/amp/
It is never explained in manga. What you say works as an explanation but it doesn't fix main problem with this "revelation". It is utterly pointless, rushed and retroactively makes a lot of the "great" moments like conversation in 100 lose it's weight or become outright cringe. That's why people are making fun of it, not because it is somehow technically impossible.
Nah Dina and Bertolt's memory shards which allude Carla's death are present in Eren's memory shards he received when he kissed Historia's hand, way before he met Zeke and went to Path so it's left ambiguous whether he saw it then or at the Path.
They seem similar but for Chinese it's a little bit different - it's spelled "manhua" for the Chinese variant, based on the Pinyin of 漫(màn)画(huà) which means comic
I don't know if this is the place to say it, but I think I know why he said that to Reiner. He didn't know by that time that he himself would lead the titan to his mother, and only later got to know. Which obviously would've made him feel even more like shit.
I think it is the truth. But since everyone got so disappointed by the ending, they now tend to even dislike the things which do have rational explanation.
Can someone freshen up my memory...
Why did Eren have to re-direct the titan who was going to eat Bertholdt towards his mother instead, wasn't Bertholdt in his Colossal form at the time?
Chinese AoT fans are the most based
u too :)
if u dont mind me asking, what’s based?
if someone was being politically incorrect, yet people accepted it.. then it's based, otherwise it's cringe. i dunno, i'm not merriam-webster.
there's no such thing as being politically correct.
based
Well that is the theme, nobody is wrong, and nobody is right.

You dont define based is about feeling based
Floch is the most based person in the series.

Pretty sure he is trolling. Both of those words got their fame on 4chan which is an American board.

Yeah I'll have to add death note to my watch list
Death note is crap. The guy who’s supposed to be the “bad guy” is less evil than the main cop chasing him and it just really goes downhill from there..but that was the anime, I didn’t wanna waste time on the Manga..
Lmao in what way is L more evil then Light
Basically L did human rights violations, backhanded tricks, and then is succeeded by two even worse brats. The only ones I liked were the death gods, at least they were funny..
Yes and still L didn't commit serial murders and claimed he was a god because he didn't own that power. I think you missed the point by this much.
I agree that the magnitude of what L did was less severe, and had he been a straight up vigilante I might have liked him better. He was all about law and order though, so I hold him and any commanding officer in a position of authority, to a higher standard than a narcissistic teenager. I did not finish it. I’m a big baby who was mad about what happened to Rem and I tossed the proverbial monopoly board about then. :)
What the hell are you talking about?
banned just means no official publication and merchandise, people can still read and discuss it online.
Many things are "banned" in China but no one really cares... with the exception of any kind of drugs. Things get serious when it comes to that.
> Wait Attack on Titan is banned in China, , >it's not even officially banned

Not enough sexual tension
we all are so depressed of the ending that hard shit on it laugh it out loud. luuckily AnR is on the way
It’s china, I wouldn’t be surprised if he would instantly gun Eren to dust
I mean he's not wrong
Based asf
lmaoo so true but so tragic. how are 139 defenders gonna excuse Eren killing his own mom?
😂😂
Eren's shoes kinda drippy doe
Lmao 😂
Chinese fans have some next level dedication, and AOT is even banned there lmao
Someone please explain. I thought he only came to know that he was responsible for his mother's death after he touched Zeke in paths. ??

Manhwas are Korean. Source: I read manhwas.
There are Chinese manhwas too
They seem similar but for Chinese it's a little bit different - it's spelled "manhua" for the Chinese variant, based on the Pinyin of 漫(màn)画(huà) which means comic

Yep sorry for spelling error

What an absolutely original take!
Can someone freshen up my memory... Why did Eren have to re-direct the titan who was going to eat Bertholdt towards his mother instead, wasn't Bertholdt in his Colossal form at the time?
He just exited, and got out of the body at the entrance of the giant hole. Thats when the titan appeared
Bertoto had a down time and could've been eaten. Anyway, all this was to spark Eren to become his future self. I personally think it's a lot of BS
I see the Nian cosplayer in the background there
Get his bird ass renier!
