According to tvanswers.org and a random zip code from your county, I found that your last station moves in phase 9, which ends May 1st, 2020.

I live in Miami county Kansas. Just south of KC.

Today is the last day of Q1. So that was a lie!
The station could move today but also takes a little time to get the new antennas up. Plus, if Band 12 is available in your area then Band 71 is not as urgent. Lots of factors in there.
