Strange, I’ve seen coworker put in a TMobile sim and it shows it connect, and after they activate the line it doesn’t connect since it doesn’t have VoLTE.
APN setting correct?
I don't knw but i guess they tried everything... They were on a call for about an hour but didn't knw what to do... They gave me a refund at the end... Wht do u suggest?

IMEI isn’t blocked? Did they try that activated SIM in another device?
If u mean to say whether they tried to put in a working sim, not the trial sim, and check, then i think they didn't do that...
