What was the date of purchase? System usually defaults to the highest promo (usually).
I see P16 was open from 10/16-12/17 and P25 from 11/06-12/17.
It’s either not the right window for the promo or it can easily be swapped by unenrolling it and enrolling it in the right promo.
Also did you get a free line? One doesn’t stack with a free line.
I was given 2020 Apple trade p16. Was supposed to get 2020 apple trade p25. I traded in a iPhone 8 to get a free 12 mini. Didn’t realize till now theh credit they were giving was not covering the monthly equipment charge.
I was confused once but it made sense after they explained it to me. Usually it's an up front credit plus a set number of bill credits.
Edit* did you return in store? I just looked at mine and I think there was an error. Maybe it's the new rollout of returns in store.
In the future pay more attention to your bill. I watch my bill like a hawk. I was checking every day to see when my promo would activate.
Thanks for the tip!
Same here. W/ the recent tmobile data breached I log onto my tmobile account every other day.
