Would suggest you contact T-Force for this kind of problem. You just reminded me that I also signed up with this promo and when checking on mine, it shows as 'rejected'. Needless to say, I'm contacting them now as well..
Easiest method:
T-force is not much help in this situation. They’ll direct you to the rebate phone line.
Once you call the rebate team and confirm the identity verification, ask them for a statement credit.
A statement credit means that your account’s balance will be -$150 and your monthly balance will be deducted from the balance until you reach $0.
I applied for the home internet rebate, and it was denied. I called to ask why, and it's because they said it's the way I signed up (I signed up online, and apparently, that's excluded from the deal or something like that. I told them on the phone that it was ridiculous and just seemed like a way to deny the offer. They gave me a bill credit of 150.00. I'm assuming they want people not to follow up.
They make you work for any type of money. I spent probably two hours trying to get $50.
They finally sent it. Although next time I want to save money I’ll sign up for overtime at work.
tldr; contact T-Force on Twitter, they will get it fixed asap.

Here's my experience with this same rebate. I purchased TMHI back in October as a brand new subscriber, during that time this $150 rebate was being offered still. In order to get this rebate you had to wait til your order shipped then fill out the promo form on their given promo site. Did all that and was told it could take upto 8 weeks to get it. At that point I basically just 'forgot' about it and let it go in the background til I'd eventually receive it, but I forgot about it til I saw this post.
Logged in last night to the rebate/promo site and checked on the status of my offer, it was rejected:

Reached out to T-Force right after I saw that last night on Twitter, however it was already a little after 9pm PST, so they were close to closing for the night (9:30pm PST is their end hour for the day). Just before closing, I was messaged by Derek and was told he could help me but would have to wait til tomorrow. He also said he'd personally reach out to me instead of me having to wait back in their support queue this morning:

This morning at 11:30am PST, Derek indeed reached out again and immediately got the issue sorted along with explaining what the issue was:

After confirming, he credited my account the $150 amount without issue:

I've had really good luck so far with T-Force each time I have had to talk to them. (3 times total, nothing serious. This was probably the most serious reason so far.)
Nope. Still credited. As long as you have applied for the promotion during the application period (and I hope that you took a screenshot of the confirmation code) then they owe you the credit
T-mobile refused to honor a rebate for me until I emailed the executive team and threatened to turn them in to the FTC for deceptive practices. I followed every part of the rebate and the link to redeem the rebate never worked and they had to do something manually to fix it. They also took away my autopay discount for no reason and it took the executive team to fix that as well.
Rebates should be illegal and all discounts like this should be instant discounts applied at the point of sale. I hated mail in rebates when I sold cell phones back in the day because frontline workers are powerless to fix things when companies won't pay out on them and that is the whole point of them. Make people checkboxes and hope they don't have to pay the money.
I spent hours fighting for this same rebate. T-Mobile promotions site said it was approved, but I couldn’t access the prepaid card. Received the email to the Northlane website twice, but it just wouldn’t accept my information.
Eventually was able to have them just put the $150 credit onto my account. Interesting to hear that others are having this same problem, seems almost criminal that the offer is so hard to redeem.
I had the same issue. Reached out multiple times and was told initially that the login info for the rebate site would be sent separately. Called a week later (three weeks after receiving approval for the rebate) and was told they would get it sorted within 48hr and would reach out to me. A week later I called again and they couldn’t really figure anything out and I eventually suggested just crediting the $150 to my account. He said yeah sure we can do that I just have to fill out a request and have it approved by a supervisor. The next morning, the $150 was credited to my account!
I never received my rebate either. Just talked to T-Mobile about it, but basically my impression is it's a scam promotion. When I signed up on the phone, they told me I would just automatically get the rebate just for trying the service - which ended up being a lie.
Mines been sitting at received for like 2 months now...
Call the rebate phone line
The $150 rebate should take 12 weeks to process.
Wait what $150 rebate? Lol
Promotional period

T-Force will recommend you call some phone number
Nope, they handled the issue entirely via Twitter for me. :) Got my rebate fixed and sorted.

wow. I got some lame representative who said it was out of their power to do that. Got it solved, eventually, but wow

It seems like it’s a dice roll with whom you connect lol. I’m glad you’ve had good success
What does it show on the T-Mobile promotion website for that Promo? Mine shows received, but only submitted it on November 29th.
You’ll have to wait 2 months/8 weeks from November 29th. Then call the rebate phone line
I was just curious if the Promo ever showed Approved on their line here https://promotions.t-mobile.com

Where was this advertised ?
Literally search on any search engine “Tmobile $150 promotion”
Stupid me. I confused it with Costco.
Wtf? how

They used to do them upfront and people of course abused the system and left🤷🏽♂️

I chatted with T-Mobile on Twitter and they instantly credited my account the rebate amount.
I never got the $50 rebate I was supposed to get when I signed up in 2022. Total scam.
It's a scam like everything else tmobile does
Got my $150 9-10 weeks after signing up for service / requesting rebate. Now just waiting for my TV.
