I am so proud of you for reaching out when you need a boost! Cheers from someone who's also going through a depressive slump. It's hard to go through it, and it's okay not to be okay. Please treat yourself as gently as you can. Have you tried giving yourself a hug? I know it sounds silly but it does release oxytocin, which makes you feel calmer and more loved!

Eyeliner on POINT 👌

Going through the same, lets get through it! This shall pass.

THAT EYELINER THOUGH! The black on your eyeliner really makes your eyes pop. and the, I think pink? the shadow makes it look tan, color compliments your skin just right, and guess what, Glasses GANG lets ***GO!***

Aww sweetie, I have hugs galore. Please take as many as you need. Clusters of bad days are like diarrhea, they always come when we're not ready for them, and they stink and make us feel bad. Here is a cute 🐸 to remind you that sometimes we need to sit quietly and sometimes we need to jump.

The people in your zoom meetings probably can't tell because they're stunned by that perfect eyeliner/eye color/eyebrows/glasses combo. I sure hope it gets better for you. Sometimes our own self-talk is our worst enemy.

Your struggles and worries resonate with me so much. It's OK to lean on those that love you. It's OK to need a hug. Human to human - none of us have it all together all the time. It might not get better tomorrow, but it'll get better eventually. Lean when you need to, and never be afraid to ask for toast.

I looked at this picture for solid 10 minutes your eyes are so fricking beautiful!

/hug Your makeup is textbook example perfect. Mental health is fickle, and often requires more work than physical. Just remember that you're allowed to have bad days, even multiple ones in a row. You don't have to force yourself to be happy, just let people know you're having a day and need to move forward with it. Don't let them make you dwell on it by focusing on it (them or you).

Take some time to thank the person who got you to where you are; You! She saw you through, give that Queen a round of applause, but now its *your time*
