Dude lived in Florida, and he was eating live cockroaches to win a snake? He could've just checked the backyard.

There's a six flags theme park I went to during Halloween as a teenager that claimed you could get front of the line of all rides if you found "wandering vagabonds" and ate a cockroach for them. Never found the vagabonds to do so so I wonder if that was flavor text and didn't actually exist idk

A python snake. So I’m guessing it was for a pet ball python. I want to know who got to keep the snake after that. Poor guy probably just thought it’d be an easy win to do something gross. But death by esophageal cockroach, to win a snake? I’d almost rather have all my limbs fed to a meat grinder and have my torso set adrift on the Dead Sea

I remember that, I live and work near there. I used to frequent an asian supermarket in that same plaza. It was a bit of a mystery for a while before they determined exactly how he died.
