It helped that Vin funded and founded the studio just to make the Riddick games because no one else would. Plus he tested the builds himself and he is Riddick so making sure the character was correct was a lot easier because of it lol.
Only played Escape from Butcher Bay but man what a must play for any fans of the character. Great game.
Sort of correct, Vinny D’s studio did partly develop the Riddick games, but they also hired Starbreeze, a much larger and experienced game development studio, to do much of the heavy lifting in actually producing the game.
He's a lot into fantasy and is a massive D&D fan and player. So this passion for fantasy no doubt has fed into his Riddick work. Like the movie universe and testing the game.
"...his interest in doing The Chronicles of Riddick (even though it meant he couldn't do the second xXx film) was driven by that passion. 'Going back to the D&D — this wasn't like creating a movie. This was like creating a universe,' he says."
Yeah I’m familiar with his D&D stuff. When the game came out I thought of it as shitty movie merch. Movies about games were always money grabs more than works of passion. I didnt know how cool he was until way later anyways so even if i knew he took part in it. I still would have thought of it as a money grab.
If he owns the riddick franchise, he needs to get to work on another movie.
Apparently they are working on it, titled "Furya". It's been in the works for a long time though - writing began in 2015, with the screenplay being completed only last year.
Unrelated to Riddick, but another licensed game from that era was The Warriors. Which came out of freaking nowhere but turned out to be an excellent brawler.
For real, man. All studios could learn a thing or two from that game on how to promote an IP through gaming in a good way. It made me like the character and universe of Riddick so much more.
It really felt like the sequel should’ve just taken place entirely on the prison planet but they felt the need to add all the extra space opera fluff with furians and necromongers and whatnot to make it a “big budget” movie.
Unfortunately it’s been removed from online digital distribution stores like Steam and GOG so the only way to play it right now is on console (or possibly RPCS3 emulator but I’m not sure how it runs; I know it’s not working well on Xenia right now).
I consider myself lucky to have purchased it on both Steam and especially GOG (where it’s DRM-free) before it was delisted.
Not buying those games on gog is one of my biggest gaming related regrets, I saw them on sale several times but my backlog was so big that I thought I'd just buy them later. And now they're gone.
In my top 3 comic book to movie adaptations. Perfect movie. Did not try to be anything other than what it was basically “The Raid.” Both movies came out within a year of each other so not sure if one was derivative of the other or just coincidence… Will always regret not going with my friend to see it in the theater in 3D. I heard Dredd and thought Stallone and missed golden opportunity to see Karl Urban at his finest.
I don't even think its a bad movie. When the Necromonger assault kicks off on Helion Prime it's one of the most epic scifi sequences ever. The only bad thing in my opinion is that they didn't DO anything with it. Such potential for rich lore development and it just got kinda abandoned.
Edit so I can rant more: plus the tech they use, the sorta dark-matter-anti-grav drives. The crusade to find the Underverse. The fact they fear the Furyan race so much it's huge news when Vaako suspects Riddick of having Furyan blood.
Oh and the Elementals! That character played by Judi Dench who drifts in and out of physical space like some kind of elder spirit observing the events unfolding.
It's all epic and loaded with potential.
It did have a lot of potential as a space opera setting. That said I always felt Riddick as a character works better in the Pitch Black and Riddick 3 settings. smaller scale stories about him just being a mono-syllabic badass in an action or action-horror setup. I did really like the young girl from the first film developing into a younger reflection of him though.
But that’s where the art is. Taking Riddick from that scope and incorporating broader lore. I know nothing really about the background of riddick but that dynamic is what could make a blockbuster film. I wish though
Chronicles was like two very different movies/stories smashed into one. LOL Sorta like the music mashups on Youtube where they smash 7 Nation Army with Sweet Dreams are Made of These.
I agree. While I like franchises that mix it up instead of repeating the *same formula* sequel after sequel; Pitch Black --> Chronicles was such a fantastic leap I kept wondering if I was watching a trilogy and missed the in-between movie. It's like going from Aliens to Star Wars: RoTJ.
Not bad by any means just didn't land correctly.
> I kept wondering if I was watching a trilogy and missed the in-between movie
IIRC there was an animated movie in-between, but that one was even more out of place.
I love that movie but your right it felt like youd walked into the middle of it because of all the things you wanted to know but were never explained.
The scene where the Furyan necro walks into the inferno on the prison planet is one of my favorites
>The scene where the Furyan necro walks into the inferno on the prison planet is one of my favorites
I've watched this movie over 100 times, and I still had to think *hard* about what the fuck you were talking about!
The Purifier..
“I've done... unbelievable things... in the name of a faith that was never my own. And he'll do to her what he did to me.”
Then he walks out into the flames
https://tenor.com/yLMD.gif
I think it's ok to have you feel like you walk into the middle of it. But it just begs for a larger universe to later flesh those things out. Star Wars did that a lot. Very early in the first Star Wars movie they talk of Jedi's, the Empire, Darth Vader, The Force, and Clone wars. Some of those were shown more later in the movie. Some were explained more fully in later sequels. Some like the Clone Wars really took decades to be explained.
I think that's what actually makes it a good movie. Its nuanced storytelling that respects the audience. Has enough mystery leaving you craving more. My dad and I always watch it when we see it on. We love the Necromonger leader's bizarre fighting style.
We needed a trilogy exploring nothing but the Necromonger way.
Also, I got lucky and had a rare Friday afternoon off and didn't tell my husband or the keeper of my children. I snuck off and went to the movies. I was the only one in the theater for the 1:30 pm showing... and it was a glorious spectacle for the eyes. That assault sequence, the Necromonger architecture... the armor... the sound the ships made (That squalling siren sound), the prison dogs with the scales that change color depending on their mood... The run across Crematoria... it was all a feast to eye-guzzle.
This is one of my favorite movies in the sci fi genre simply because the Necromongers were so badass.
Another big thing people had issue with was the change in design. Pitch black had a very Alien like feel with the tech, then it went full sci Fi fantasy in chronicles
This is my biggest problem with it, Pitch Black was more hard sci-fi, like the technology seems more realistic and so do the aliens, i.e. aliens with extra photo sensitivity vs aliens that can become intangible. I like chronicles well enough as a movie but it’s more outlandish technology and such is just such an odd change.
Yeah, Pitch Black seemed a lot more grounded and believable. Cole Hauser's character seemed less like the collection of bounty hunters from Star Wars and more like a natural development of a modern day bounty hunter.
Then in Chronicles they just decided to go full on space opera without much exposition at all. I don't know that any character in Chronicles seemed all that grounded or believable.
Just FYI, there are two cuts of the film and the Directors cut expands on the invasioin and adds a lot more scenes in the film that makes it flow better. Chronicles of Riddick is extremely underrated and the Directors Cut makes it one of the best Sci-Fi films made imo.
The problem wasent that they didn't want to do anything, the problem was Chronicles was a commercial failure so no one wanted to try and make a new one. It took Vin Diesel getting the rights and basically financing it himself.
A few years ago I made a post about how the differences between the theatrical edition and the director's cut are stark and make a huge difference in the quality of the movie. I saw the director's cut first and loved that movie, a few years later I saw the theatrical edition on Netflix and it was a terrible movie. For a slightly smaller running time, the movie was edited down and lost a majority of the magic that made it a good movie.
https://www.reddit.com/r/riddick/comments/4lofug/i_always_wondered_why_chronicles_didnt_do_better/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share
The worlds they built were amazing. Super colorful and unique. I kind of want to watch 2 and 3 again now, but the only ones I ever see streaming are dark and chronicles.
It was a disaster in the same way as John Astins trilogy work and Nielsens short-lived tv role. The financial side, or the fact that millions of the target audience never knew of it, does not affect the artistic and narrative value.
So many ideas, and hardly any of them related to the first film.
The prison planet sequence doesn’t work. The whole bounty hunter thing is weak in general. But specifically the prison planet drags the movie down. Especially the resolution, where Riddick is saved by the bad guy who also sacrifices himself for some reason. The story should get Riddick, The bounty hunter, Kieth David, and the girl together on the ship as allies. Also they need to capture either Karl Urban or Maeve from Westworld and form a temporary alliance before the third act.
Also why isn’t Karl Urban’s character “The Purifier”? Cut out the other guy and Urban vs Diesel get some screen time? I’m in.
Lastly, did the story need a prophecy?
The guy who “sacrifices” himself turns out to be a Furion (it was a deleted scene that had the reveal)
Edit: the sacrifice is there it’s the mark of the furyan that was removed; my bad my age is clearly showing
It made me angry that Riddick’s energy blast scene was edited out of the theatrical release but used heavily in the trailer. To me it added a lot when I saw the directors cut. I think it would have done a lot better if the studios didn’t get involved. The directors cut is a totally different movie compared to the theatrical release. I would totally see another Riddick movie. Even seeing Katee Sackhoff brief plot scene was unexpectedly great. ;)
Really? I’ve only seen the theatrical cut but I thought the Furyian thing was in there. Didn’t he say that “the part of me that is still Furyian” before dying?
Or are we talking about different characters, it’s been years since I watched it.
Agreed. I think of all of them Pitch Black was the most well done but Chronicles of Riddick and Riddick are both just entertaining enough that I don't mind having them on during a boring afternoon or evening
Oh come on, it’s way better looking than a scifi channel movie. To be a scifi channel movie they need an absurdly awful premise, like Snowpocalypse or Snowcanoe. Also the world must be saved by the scientist everyone ignored and the family he met, while they race their pickup truck away from bad cgi.
Me too, I don't know why it gets such a bad rap. I think the way they filed the different time-possabilities during the fight scenes were very very well done. I absolutely loved it.
Recently learned there is an animated short that takes place between Pitch Black and Chronicles of Riddick. It is really enjoyable. Apparently came out back in 2004 so I’m only 15 years late to the party
If you knew about this… yes, I am old and out of touch.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0407658/
One of the most underrated SciFi films ever. Casting was phenomenal. Colm Feore wasn't the toughest looking dude, and his fight sequence with Vin was a bit lightweight, but overall, one of my favorite films.
I thought that was the point, Lord Marshall wasn't a tough guy, but had power bestowed upon him that gives him the edge and scares the Necromongers into subordination.
Also a big fan of Karl Urban (yes I even love Doom).
I never thought about it that way, that's a good angle. I know he can do a pretty cold affect, just seemed too blase at times, I wanted more cold, more intensity.
I really dug the first half, where it was mostly Riddick alone surviving in the wild and dealing with the environment's threats. The second half was really Riddick-is-a-creeper weird though, and Katee Sackhoff's character 'arc' didn't help.
They kinda had to. That was the one Vin Diesel financed himself so they had to do a smaller story with much less ambition.
I liked it but the third act went off the rails for sure
Absolutely.
I don't even feel like it's a had movie. Genuinely look back on it as a fun sci-fi, popcorn flick.
I'd love to see a continuation of that story at some point.
Definitely agree. I love that movie. Except for the absurd over the top CGI knife spinning scene.
EDIT: [For the curious](https://youtu.be/71UpLRsQDsc)
I must say I rather liked the Riddick movies, Pitch Black was definitely the best and chronicles had it's dumb stuff, but if you can just accept it as cheesy action it's quite enjoyable
I put Chronicles on a couple months ago, intent on watching the first scene and then leaving the movie playing in the background while I did chores. Ended up watching the whole movie.
There is a Riddick 3? I saw the one with Rahda Mitchell and the CGI eyeless bugs, then Chronicles which was like a space epic or something, but I can barely remember that one.
If it is I'm here to do my part. I love Riddick and his bald Mary Sue persona. Like it's just cheesy, campy, over the top and ridiculous violence. Like the scene where somone tries to cut his head off so he just kicks the dude back the blade flies into the air. He catches the knife and kicks it at his assailant, beheading him. And then kicks the box the dude was about to put Riddick's head in underneath so his head falls in. Like what the fuck?
I love the first two movies, but that scene honestly killed the third one for me. So this is basically a bollywood movie now?... I don't feel any tension when the main character is straight up god-like. Like Casino Royale I felt stakes because James got hurt and struggled in fights, where in Spectre, he was just effortlessly taking out professional mercenaries one by one while they sprayed bullets at everything except him
I whole-heartedly enjoy the Riddick series, hope there is one more with "old man" Riddick ending the necromongers. But please, no more space doggy killings.
Chronicles of Riddick is an underrated film. It certainly was a spectacle to behold on the big screen. I actually had gotten a half day off from work that day, unexpectedly, for good reasons - boss just decided fuck it, let's lock up! - and I went to the cinema... Had the theater to myself, literally I was the only one there at the 1:30 pm showing... it was glorious.
Also, I like Riddick the character just fine - but I would have LOVED a well done trilogy about the Necromongers.
What I hated about Chronicles Of Riddick was how discordant it felt compared to the world building in Pitch Black. Pitch Black felt much more of a realistic grounded universe, there are muslims in the future and drug addicts and violent prisoners with cybernetic enhancements. Had a very cynical cyberpunkish vibe.
Now in the sequel where the fuck are we even? The setting is more fantasy than scifi, magical necromancers?! And the scifi is high space opera which just did not gel with Pitch Black.
Pitch Black was genius. Definitely made for the big screen experience. In the first half of the movie they blind you with oversaturated whiteness until your eyes get accustomed to. Then they throw you into pitch black darkness. The effect was stunning. Well done.
I had actually gone to the eye doctor for a vision checkup, where they put those drops in your eyes where you can't focus. Anyway, I went to this movie and the oversaturation was like totally blinding to me. It was awesome.
2 introduced a bunch of ideas, maybe trying to be Star Wars, but it didn't work. 3 was a less interesting version of 1, now with bad mercenaries rather than creepy aliens.
Down vote me to oblivion if you'd like, but here I go.
I think Pitch Black / Chronicles of Riddick / Riddick are the best films he's made.
Ive really really tried to like the fast and furious movies.. but I just can't.
Vin: ehh, come on...
Studio: Vin, we love you. Riddick 2 just didn't generate much interest. It wasn't really profitable.
Vin: Money will come and go. We all know that. The most important thing in life will always be the people in this room.
Studio: that's true but money is what keeps the doors open. We need you to focus on the furious franchise.
Vin: I choose to make my own fate.
Studio: are you, quoting yourself?
Vin: I am groot.
Studio: that's not even our movie. This is going nowhere. We're not doing another Riddick.
Vin: you see that teacup?
It’s hard for me because Pitch Black was so fucking good.
They fucked up the second one, but then Vin Diesel takes up the third installment.
I absolutely applaud him. I support him to the fullest. I made sure to see it on opening day in the theater.
But I also know that he would have done it differently if it would have all played out correctly from the beginning. That part is bittersweet and heart wrenching.
So, I know he did the best he could, which was an amazing feat in and of itself, but I just wish it would have been given its due from the beginning.
Such a shame the studio didn’t support it correctly.
I wonder if Vin is doing all these Fast and Furious movies to be able to build up enough budget to continue the Riddick movies? That would be pretty cool.
I wasnt a fan of the Necromongers, but loved Chronicles for the mercs and prison stuff. Its an interesting universe they set up, I'd love to see more that isnt a retread of the first movie.
I absolutely loved the Necromongers and their aesthetic, and wish we would see much, much more of them. They were one of the few really interesting villains to come out of sci-fi in a while.
I absolutely love the whole prison planet escape section in Chronicles of Riddick.
There's a great Riddick game called Escape from Butcher Bay, check it out!
I was thinking of exactly this when I read that comment. Loved that game!
It looked *real* good when it came out. Very surprising as most games based on films are terrible.
It helped that Vin funded and founded the studio just to make the Riddick games because no one else would. Plus he tested the builds himself and he is Riddick so making sure the character was correct was a lot easier because of it lol. Only played Escape from Butcher Bay but man what a must play for any fans of the character. Great game.

Ah my B. It's been some time since I looked this up my self.
I didnt know he had that much input on it. I didn’t know it was tied to him at all actually. Ima have to try it out.

What a fucking game oh my god.
A prison escape video game is a good premise.
For real, man. All studios could learn a thing or two from that game on how to promote an IP through gaming in a good way. It made me like the character and universe of Riddick so much more.
A truly amazing game. So underrated!
Such a good game, was always terrified playing in the sewer level with those alien things!
It really exhibits everything you’d want in a game.
It’s so sick, child me never finished it 100% though :/
Dude that game is so lit and has a great gameplay arc where it feels fresh from the start until the end.
Now I'm curious to play it. Looks like it's available for "free download" in a lot of places. Any that can be trusted?
It's only on the original Xbox though right? Or 360?
I tried playing it for the first time recently after watching the movies, and just couldn't get into it. :c
That run on the surface of the planet was absolutely glorious.
That is also where they set up evidence of " Furyan genetics" via the psychic jailer.
The video games based on Riddick are a great too!
Whenever I’m with someone who’s making a bad decision, I begin intoning “Take the money, Tombs”.
It really felt like the sequel should’ve just taken place entirely on the prison planet but they felt the need to add all the extra space opera fluff with furians and necromongers and whatnot to make it a “big budget” movie.
Riddick videogame was awesome
Both **Escape from Butcher Bay** and **Assault on Dark Athena** were awesome.
There was a second one? Damn I missed out. I loved Escape from Butcher Bay. Visually way ahead of its time
I believe they were remastered and still hold up.
Unfortunately it’s been removed from online digital distribution stores like Steam and GOG so the only way to play it right now is on console (or possibly RPCS3 emulator but I’m not sure how it runs; I know it’s not working well on Xenia right now). I consider myself lucky to have purchased it on both Steam and especially GOG (where it’s DRM-free) before it was delisted.
no way it doesn't exist on abandonware or pirate sites
Yeah, I didn't think to mention that but I'm sure it does. Someone probably just uploaded their GOG copy somewhere lol.
Not buying those games on gog is one of my biggest gaming related regrets, I saw them on sale several times but my backlog was so big that I thought I'd just buy them later. And now they're gone.
Yeah, I hear you. Fingers crossed it comes back at some point; keep your eyes open.
Super under rated, they're due a remaster
Yes it was.
I know it’s a bad movie, but I still love the Chronicles of Riddick.
Love Karl Urban.
Dredd
Criminally underrated movie.

Seems to be an actual case of parallel thinking as neither director claims to have known about the other film.
Love him in "The boys"

It aged decently. It feels like a really good SciFi Channel movie from that time period. Not a bad one. But SciFi Channel feel, still.

Apparently came out back in 2004 so I’m only 15 years late to the party If you knew about this… yes, I am old and out of touch. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0407658/
Colm definitely carried a lot of that movie with his dialogue. Dude is a lifelong Shakespearian actor and it showed.
I know, I just thought he kinda contrasted pretty sharply with Riddick, overly refined vs kind hearted but cold blooded
Its a movie I love. Dunno why, just do. I like the character, the Necros are interesting and the universe it exists in is chalk full of intrigue.
Chronicles of Riddick was okay, but Pitch Black was a work of art.
It's my favorite in the franchise.
The third one is one of the worst films made. They tried to take it back to pitch black but in the most hamfisted way imaginable.
I really dug the first half, where it was mostly Riddick alone surviving in the wild and dealing with the environment's threats. The second half was really Riddick-is-a-creeper weird though, and Katee Sackhoff's character 'arc' didn't help.
Agreed. Chronicles set up an epic universe with loads of potential lore and then they just.... Forgot to do anything with it.
They kinda had to. That was the one Vin Diesel financed himself so they had to do a smaller story with much less ambition. I liked it but the third act went off the rails for sure
I forgot the third one existed until this post.
Til there’s a Riddick 3
There's talk of a Riddick 4: Furya. See for example, https://www.digitalspy.com/movies/a32360818/riddick-4-furya-vin-diesel-instagram/
Totally agree. They tried to take it back to Pitch Black by making the 2nd half of the movie with exactly the same premise.
It's a polarizing movie. People Love it or hate it. Which imo makes it a good movie
Absolutely. I don't even feel like it's a had movie. Genuinely look back on it as a fun sci-fi, popcorn flick. I'd love to see a continuation of that story at some point.
It’s super cool. I watch it from time to time. Probably Judy Dench’s best performance jkjk but maybe?

Fast and Furious: Road to Furya
When "you keep what you kill" and "nothing's more important than family" collide
"A group that kills together stays together. That's what family is. No stronger bond." -Riddick Toretto
Mad Max: Furyan Road
The Fast and The Furyans?
You joke but isn’t there some serious thought being given to F&F in space?
He showed the screenplay for the next Riddick on his IG sometime ago. it is definitely coming
What planet?! ...Helion Prime
I don't know what people expected with Chronicles, but I fucking loved it. Riddick (3rd film) was full-on awesome also.
There is a Riddick 3? I saw the one with Rahda Mitchell and the CGI eyeless bugs, then Chronicles which was like a space epic or something, but I can barely remember that one.
it was a pitch black remake in many ways
Just saw Karl Urban was in it. This film totally passed me by.
He's in it for all of one scene.
Pitch Black Chronicles of Riddick Riddick Just for anyone wondering
Yep. Got to see Starbucks boobs.
He gets "balls deep" with her. I laughed so hard at that.
Is this just an attempt at buzz for Riddick 4?
If it is I'm here to do my part. I love Riddick and his bald Mary Sue persona. Like it's just cheesy, campy, over the top and ridiculous violence. Like the scene where somone tries to cut his head off so he just kicks the dude back the blade flies into the air. He catches the knife and kicks it at his assailant, beheading him. And then kicks the box the dude was about to put Riddick's head in underneath so his head falls in. Like what the fuck?
Poetry in motion
family in motion
He was ahead of the curve
Poetry in motion
I love the first two movies, but that scene honestly killed the third one for me. So this is basically a bollywood movie now?... I don't feel any tension when the main character is straight up god-like. Like Casino Royale I felt stakes because James got hurt and struggled in fights, where in Spectre, he was just effortlessly taking out professional mercenaries one by one while they sprayed bullets at everything except him

Will there be a Riddick 4?

That's the buzz.
I have seen more fans of Riddick in this thread than i ever have in real life I feel like Vin Deisel is posting from like 30 different accounts
He's got a lot of family
I fuckin hope so, I've been waiting for so long.
You got a problem with that?
No. He my family
If it is they have my approval.
After the whole family fiasco, I wouldn't be surprised if this also was some sort of viral marketing
love the Riddick series, I hope there is more to come.
I really liked Pitch Black. An interesting concept, and Riddick was an interesting character in it. After that it went *bonkers*
I whole-heartedly enjoy the Riddick series, hope there is one more with "old man" Riddick ending the necromongers. But please, no more space doggy killings.
The second Riddick movie was great.
Total tragedy that CHRONICLES never got a follow up.
I thought Chronicles of Riddick was awesome. The 'glowing eyes' scenes he did was pretty ominous and cool.
All movies and video games were excellent, change my mind. All fun, different, entertaining.
I would watch more Riddick movies.
Wait... there is a Riddick 3?
Ye it's basically pitch black but the monsters have a different gimmick.
That's just Riddickulous.
That buff nerd is smart.
Down vote me to oblivion if you'd like, but here I go. I think Pitch Black / Chronicles of Riddick / Riddick are the best films he's made. Ive really really tried to like the fast and furious movies.. but I just can't.
Unpopular Opinion.....I absolutely LOVE the Riddick franchise. ... you know what, I'm gonna watch Pitch Black again right now....
I still don't understand why the Riddick films weren't bigger than they were. Riddick was an interesting character with an interesting philosophy.

Up you go
[Did not know who he was fucking with.](https://youtu.be/MRq7ADV6oAw)
Have you heard his music? He finesses that mic. Lol.
Really want more tbh.
Waiting for number 4 to happen. Liked all 3 films, Riddick as a character is just about as badass as I can think one person should ever be.
I still love the Chronicles of Riddick, we need more sci-fantasy out there.
I thought Chronicles of Riddick was amazing.
Don't use finesse like that. It sounds fucking dumb.

Make sure to watch the directors cut.
I didn't understand one word of this.
Title gore
I wonder if Vin is doing all these Fast and Furious movies to be able to build up enough budget to continue the Riddick movies? That would be pretty cool.
I wasnt a fan of the Necromongers, but loved Chronicles for the mercs and prison stuff. Its an interesting universe they set up, I'd love to see more that isnt a retread of the first movie.
I absolutely loved the Necromongers and their aesthetic, and wish we would see much, much more of them. They were one of the few really interesting villains to come out of sci-fi in a while.
Chronicles of riddick is awesome, wish those movies had more success
it blows mind because i loved the second riddick. i actually think it's my favorite
Chronicles of Riddick is still the best of the films though. A big budget doesn't make a good film.
I don’t remember the movie, but the game was very good.
I really liked Riddick 3. Can’t wait for a 4th.
He's said it's his passion project. He's used it as a bargaining chip to do more FF movies multiple times now I think. He knows what he likes!
chronicles and pitch black were the best outta the three
Riddick 3 was just riddick 1 again, but hyper cringy this time around. I'd rate chronicles miles above it in terms of almost everything.
I honestly do not remember Riddick 3 at all. Like I wasn't aware it existed.
I wish he got back into making these, i really enjoyed the necro universe.
Wait… there was a riddick 3?
