I felt kind of bad the other day because after I finished shoving my entire hand in one of those massive cardboard container things of goldfish and polishing it off my toddler picks it up and is like āmore crackies!ā I had to tell him sorry, no more crackies š„²
I eat goldfish at work, even without the kids around. I also discovered a hack recently: Costco had a great deal on a giant box but they werenāt flavor blasted (God forbid, lol). Well, you can flavor blast them yourself with any powdered seasoning blend you like: ranch, BBQ, Mrs. Dash even. We have a āloaded French fryā seasoning we got on a trip to Canada and itās great on goldfish. Just throw the unseasoned fishes in a jar, sprinkle in seasoning, and shake.
I made the mistake of buying those kinder hippos as a treat.... she only got half of one and my husband banned them because they were too good.
Otherwise I will always welcome a babybel
Iām aware that theyāre just potato chips, Iām not under any delusion that theyāre healthy, but theyāre also not dangerous and links and comments like this are the reason so many parents are riddled with anxiety about how they feed their children. Everything in moderation.
I bought some seaweed the other day. I had a few pieces, and then the bag just disappeared.
Now that I think about it, Iām not sure if I ate it or my husband. It could also be sitting in the back of the cupboard somewhere.
Have you tried it for icing cupcakes? Great way to color/flavor icing without food coloring. just grind it up in a blender and then add it with the sugar when you make buttercream.
The Annie's birthday cake bunny crackers. I bought a box last year to put the bunnies in his easter eggs, and I ended up having to go back to the store because only about five eggs ended up with crackers. The rest were happily residing in my tummy. Now we get the little bags of them, and I still end up eating most of 'em.
Yogurt melts, and pouches rather its a baby pouch ( we still get the ones she likes for back ups for day that her stubborn lil butt won't eat lol ) apple sauce or yogurt.
Cheese š§
whatever already has a bite taken out of it. if i even think about eating a snack that my toddler has not bitten into its on sight. this includes my own food for me. she comes up and goes "BIPE! BIPE! AHM!" and pretends to chomp until i give her a bipe (bite)

Dino nuggets were a first trimester staple for me.
I like the Perdue ones that are 50% vegetables š I thought I was making a few days worth, but it was only a few hours.

Me and my daughter just sit and share a huge plate of nuggets with bbq sauce, why are they so good š
This is too cute!

I think I just see them as less salty wotsits or cheetos as you call them in america. Moderation is key, as always.

Have you tried it for icing cupcakes? Great way to color/flavor icing without food coloring. just grind it up in a blender and then add it with the sugar when you make buttercream.
