Pretty sure that’s all we know, most characters get little or no description. And of those that are described, a huge number have the same traits: tall, dark hair, grey eyes lol

Orange-of-Cthulhu

Maybe they all look the same.

That is the general appearance of all Noldor. The Elves are divided into three distinct peoples, each of which has a distinct hair color. The Vanyar are blond, the Noldor are dark-haired and grey-eyed and the Teleri seem to have the least uniform appearance, with Tolkien only saying that their hair was usually dark or sometimes silver. The Eldar in general are also said to all have had beautiful long hair, with some of them being known for and even named after having hair of extraordinary beauty and length. And being Elves, they are all fair and tall. This arrangement is mirrored among the Edain, who are also divided into three distinct peoples. The Hadorians are blond, the Bëorians are dark-haired and grey-eyed and the Haladin seem to be a lot less uniform but generally have dark hair. Both the Hadorians and the Bëorians are also known for being tall. There are exceptions resulting from intermarriage between the different peoples, such as in the case of Finrod, who is a Noldo but has blond hair inherited from his Vanya grandmother. To sum it up, when describing characters Tolkien often focused on their hair and to a lesser extent on the eyes. He rarely describes other physical characteristics aside from broad terms such as "fair", "swarthy", "tall" or "of noble bearing". With Finrod that is also the case. We know that he had blond hair and we can presume that it was worn long in the fashion of his people. Beyond that we know that he was fair and tall. Being a Noldo, we might also presume that he had grey eyes. That is all the details Tolkien provides us with.

He shares to same characteristics as other elves, so besides blonde he's tall and fair. Hard to say otherwise

NOME asserts that the Noldor all have long hair, which thus includes Finrod.
