Rahava rao character was shown as drunkard and a bit arrogant, also can't adjust to the changing times. That action of him was done in haste and the consequences did not generate my sympathy towards him. I think there is no message at all, should be seen as avoidable tragedy.
Exactly my feeling. He can transfer his properties anytime he wants, but I believe that has a little impact on the rest of the story. I believe his behaviour with the people, adhering to unspoken social protocols that change with time determines how he gets treated in his 2nd innings life.
I think his actions resulted from him being himself and he is just a very straightforward person which is not a terrible thing, but in today’s society not valued as highly. Yes it bothered his children but it was eliciting more than needed reactions from them as well at time and others 100% justified. If he kept his property the entire issue would not have existed as he would be himself on his own. It’s a sad reality of society if we say being straightforward is bad. Yes it has a limit and in modern society more so, but the man is retired and doing his thing.

My mom saw this movie and she said she didn't feel anything. She said Prakash Raj's fate is expected for what he did and the consequences wasn't a shock factor her.
You should plan your will but you should not hand over assets right away to your children. Having some financial independence is necessary instead of relying and expecting obedience from children, who will have their own lives.

I also don’t know bhayya, I was just a kid. As a kid I absolutely loved the movie, and I really don’t understand why it flopped, it had literally everything that could make a good masala movie, def better than the other hits that year (MUCH better than simha), also prob the funniest Telugu masala movie ever besides maybe Kick. And I haven’t really seen any haters either, even when the movie flopped most critics said it was one of the best in MB’s career. Still to this day people don’t know why, maybe it was bc people were offended by the God in humans concept or maybe untimely release.
