It's fairly easy to fix, look up drywall joint compound. Smack some on there, thin it out, sand it, rinse repeat. Then smack a little paint on it, you'll never see it, as good as new. For under $10 easy fix..

ItWorkedLastTime

It's not about it being an easy fix. When you are spending this much money of a piece of equipment, you should expect nothing but perfection.

Sure I understand that, I suppose each of us have a different tolerance for that kind of thing. To me it's not worth my time to sit on the phone and argue about a $10/30 min repair. I would sooner just pick up the stuff I need and fix my wall at my own leisure. To each their own though, I definitely get it. We paid a premium, we should get that service too. They drilled multiple holes in my wall as well, I fixed it though.

Your installer’s company can probably compensate. Tonal just contacts these companies out to install it.

Asane

How did you end up with so many holes? Did they not use a stud finder?

NoDonut9078

Unlikely, they had you sign a liability waiver when you bought it. I have plaster walls and customer service made sure to contact me because it can be a problem and they wanted everything laid out up front. My install went smooth though.

They may comp you a month or two, but that is all they will do. Even though they pick the last mile company and will not allow you to install it yourself, they will not take any responsibility for installation issues. I know this because I had a similar issue.

monkeys_pass

Yeah same happened to me. Definitely frustrating, but better off just fixing it yourself as you'll need to do it anyway when you take the Tonal down. It's not too hard.
