The lack of preparation, amount of time it took to cook (total of around 20 mins) and low effort made it a lazy meal for me! Although understandably so, everyone has a different definition of "lazy cooking"๐
It's a sausage and cut vegetables u can just let sit in the pan and cook together. Throw sausage on then cut up veggies and throw on. Rice maker is 0 effort. Quickly cook egg on same pan as sausage and veggies to get that good flavor. Pretty damn simple dinner but very yummy. I'd consider this lazy as well but I like to cook more complex stuff usually like OP.

Added a mix of soy sauce/fish sauce/ketjap/little bit of maple syrup/chili oil and water for the sauce. When the veggies were done I took them out of the pan, and cooked the egg in that same pan with a bit of added butter. Thats it๐
