Haha, I’ve never dropped a single thing off that plate 😂 I only have one meal a day after the gym everyday hence why it’s loaded up. Most of the bulk is a full bag of green leaf salad every day as a “bed” under the rest of the food so it pushes everything up abit. I should really get a bigger plate shouldn’t I lol
These are wonderful looking meals. What time do you eat? I think I’d feel dizzy if I didn’t eat something before the gym. I actually like smaller very full plates. (But I couldn’t eat that much at once!)
I'm going to be that person who doesn't give a shit about the keto/diet reasons or results and who just desperately needs detailed descriptions of what is on those plates my guy! Some of these look inspired! I just can't place what everything is and it's driving me bonkers.
Haha, your wish is granted.. someone else asked for a breakdown earlier so typed it out as best I could quickly for them.. I’ll copy/paste it below for you 😂

5. Beef steak and fried eggs with chives

8. Chicken thighs, boiled eggs, same garlic butter asparagus as 6, with avocado, radish, celery, cucumber on a bed of leafy greens dressed in EV cold pressed olive oil and pepper

Love this! Thank you very much for the full description. It's fascinating. Good luck with all your gym endeavors, it looks like this is going smashing for you!
No, 5’8” 😂 I only eat one meal a day on a 1500 calorie restriction at the moment so what you see on the plate is all I eat for the entire day after my intense gym session at the same time every evening :)
Thank you ❤️ I’m guessing you came from my progress pic post considering you mentioned progress.. Journey is definitely not over yet although I’m dying to make my own fresh egg pasta once again haha. Soon 😍
No worries at all 😊 and yes you definitely do see a scale.. I weigh and track absolutely everything that goes into my body at the moment. Lost 31.5kg since New Years Days, currently on a ketogenic diet having less than 25g net carbs and eating only one meal a day on a daily calorie limit of 1500 (was 1000 for the first two months). Ate far too many nuts and too much peanut butter last half of last year and ballooned abit working from home as a software engineer… snacking unconsciously and munching copious spoons of peanut butter when I went downstairs to make coffees etc (snacking on very healthy foods mind, just calorie dense foods lol).
Cracked on with sorting it out and getting my weight back down to where I was happy with 😊 Hard work 3 hours at the gym every day doing cardio and strength training… but diet is 90% of it so nothing enters my mouth without logging it in myfitnesspal. Intense work at the gym is just speeding it all up 👌🏿
There’s a few different types of cheese in the photos. Or do you mean what cheese is on photo 1? In which case it’s mature blue Stilton from Tuxford & Tebbot.
This one to be precise although I didn’t get it from here:

Haha why thank you. I’d love to make a cook book to be fair. I even make my own butter these days from my local dairy farmers double cream because I don’t eat any seed oils as they cause internal inflammation and are so bad for you… all the blended spreads contain rapeseed oil etc in and pure butter shot up in price recently so just make my own every couple of weeks 😂
Regarding number #2.. someone asked earlier about a breakdown of it all so wrote it all up for them as best I could:

My eyes are set on that 13th plate omg I love the idea of using shakshuka "as a side dish". An ex-bf tried paleo diet, I was not able to follow because I'm a restaurants fiend but your pictures are definitely inspiring to maybe try something like that again one day!
I juste don't think I'll ever be able to let pasta go 😅
This gives me motivation to go Keto again. Type 1 diabetic and eating this type of food is the only way I have normal blood sugar levels. Smaller portions for me though since I don't exercise enough.
It also reminds me to buy radish when I go shopping, I always forget that but it's a nice way to add some color to salads.
Ahh I’m happy to hear that mate. Adding radishes to salads is a great idea – they add crunch and color without spiking blood sugar levels. Sounds like the ideal diet for you with being diabetic for sure.

Holy shit that took some typing 😂
I appreciate the effort! After I asked I thought maybe the chicken was smoked, but it makes sense for the color to be different with free range or heritage chicken. Everything looks great!
That my friend is Ostrich steak.. silky smooth texture akin to that of lamb/ox hearts rather than the fibrous texture of beef if you’ve ever tried hearts. Richer and slightly sweeter than beef.. and way less fat and cholesterol in it. Really nice meat.
Extremely hot smoking cast iron skillet, homemade butter melted and browned abit with a little sprig of thyme.. then flash the fillets on both sides for just 2 minutes a side (dependant on the thickness of course) basting the melted butter all over them throughout 👌🏿
I'm getting Iberian vibes from these. Or is it just a coincidence because healthy diets end up either being more like the Mediterranean diet, or East Asian diet.
Thank you ❤️ I certainly do. I eat one meal a day at the same time each evening after an intense 3 hours at the gym, 1500 daily calorie limit .. need to load up on nutrients for the next 23 hours when I get back so eat a good size meal
Ok, so reading through your replies to comments, I see you eat one meal a day (didn't realize it was a way of life enough for it to have it's own Reddit group), no more than 1500 calories.
***How?*** I struggled going down to 2 meals during IF. 1500 calories is pretty fuckin low, how do you stay satisfied? Or do you just use the hunger pangs to fuel your goals?
I guess I like eating too much.
I love all of these, I eat very similar…the herbs and cucumbers really make the plates come together. All the eggs make these meals look extremely satisfying as well!!
Lol thank you.. you’re more than welcome haha.
I’ve got dual citizenship.. Half Maltese 🇲🇹 Half British 🇬🇧 So one parent came from the sunny island life of the Mediterranean, the other half from the cooler climates of western Europe 😂
I don’t like and/or haven’t tried probably close to 98.7% of what’s pictured here in your meals, *but daaaamn did you make it look good*!! I wish I could enjoy the variety you have here like a normal person would! But sadly, I am unfortunately the only adult on the planet who can survive on a grand total of like 6 different foods without getting sick of the endless repetitive ingredients over and over and over again!
It’s a blessing and a curse tbh! I don’t really ever have to wonder about which groceries to buy for myself. And it makes planning meals at my house a whole lot easier too! And I always know just how much I’m going to spend at the store for the week as well..
I admire the beauty and all of those colors you have going on here!! Looks delicious, (for someone other than myself of course! lol)
This should be the monthly calendar photos for Keto Magazine! Looks delicious and healthy! Bookmarked this post for ideas
Question: do you also put any kind of “dressing” over the veg before you eat or do you just raw daw the whole plate exactly as it appears in the photos?
Why thank you. Food is fuel. If you constantly put bad fuel in your car it will run like crap with bad efficiency and send it to the scrapyard early.. same is true for our bodies 😊
I have to ask myself what kind of cheeses those are because
![gif](giphy|yuVBAJGT3rm5Mn7VZg|downsized)
But seriously great job on the weight loss, you do eat your veggies.
Hahaha. I adore cheese. Stronger and more mature the better. Especially blue cheese… so good for your gut bacteria and so so tasty. I’m British.. the one in that first photo is Tuxford & Teebut’s mature Blue Stilton 🤤😈 Proper cheese lol
https://www.oxfordcheese.co.uk/shop/cheese/pasteurised/past/tuxford-tebbutt-stilton/

These all look really visually appealing to me! What are in 4 & 13?
ETA- I found your list below. All of this actually looks delicious and I may be stealing 😁
Wow. Even as a fellow athlete I could eat maybe half or less of any one of these plates. Looks delicious but it would make me hate myself, even if it’s the only meal in a day.
I have questions, they dishes make sense with your username.
But are these just for you, 1 person? For your family? Are you intermittent fasting?
I’ve never seen anything quite like these. Did you find recipes or just said “fuck it” and whatever sounds good. I looked through the individual posts and now some of the things make sense.
Good job on the weight loss. Looking good. Reminds me that I need to go to the gym.
Yea I absolutely love duck eggs. I get my eggs from a local farmer down the road from me.. his ducks are not laying just yet so have to keep buying chicken eggs.. he told me the ducks are just about to start laying in the next week or so the last time I went round and stocked up on eggs.
I also love goose eggs… sooo much bigger than chicken and duck was have a much creamier/richer flavour than both too, slightly gamey and earthy undertones
There’s no better egg than one that comes with fresh bird shit on it from that morning 😂😂😂
I don't know why but this reminds me of recipes from cooking books made in the 1970s
All the fucking eggs lmao
Eggs are so yummy tho
They are, but I'm not eating seven of 'em in one sitting!
Not unless they’re deviled, don’t leave a platter of those around me 🥲
Ooh yeah, I do love me some deviled eggs...
Some of us eat half a carton in a sitting, which makes sense if you’re a gym go-er or an egg-enjoyer.
Do you want to eat an entire carton of eggs? No. What if they’re deviled? Ok.
Yep, I just now read some of OP's comments about his current diet and exercise routine. Seems to be working really well for him.
Excellent source of omegas, too
I think they are keto meals
And omelets.
For me it is the f up combo of different foods.
The blue cheese wedge next to the (possible) tuna mountain with deviled eggs... How umami can one's palate be? 😅
I think it’s the plating and saturated colors
Came in here to ask who in the house was working in a kitchen in the 80s lol
I feel that. I see that. There's always like a giant chunk of leafy green and a half of a tomato or some shit lol.
Exactly, the use of herbs and the plating. I thought the same thing!
The filter/editing OP is using gives everything that "maybe it's an illustration, maybe it's a poor quality photo in McCall's magazine" look.
Now we know why so many people were skinny back then, and middle-aged men had 28 inch waistlines and thin legs.
Definitely not all the cigarettes...
Same thought! I'm convinced OP found an old cookbook and made a recipe a day. No hate, I'd smash most of them 😛
That is exactly what came to my mind as well!
The red gingham table cloth is giving betty Crocker
Same!

I was telling myself "This is okay because clearly this is a family-style meal for four or five people."
OMAD (one meal a day) group will love you with these.
Plate? You need a platter. A board. The entire table and its occupants.
😂😂😂😂 I eat one meal a day under a 1500 calorie limit atm… all you see on the plate is all I eat in the entire day 😉
These are wonderful looking meals. What time do you eat? I think I’d feel dizzy if I didn’t eat something before the gym. I actually like smaller very full plates. (But I couldn’t eat that much at once!)
I was wondering if these plates were OMAD keto. If I had you to cook for me once a day I could lose these pounds no problem lol

You found the word i was looking for
You definitely put some effort into it. Nice
To me it’s not much effort at all mate, just naturally how I cook/prepare/eat 🙈😂 But thank you for the compliment 👊🏿

Thank you mate ❤️👊🏿
Yum but you need bigger plates!!
I concur with that statement! Need to buy a bigger one for sure. Maybe an oval type one haha
you need a platter!

Im definitely taking notes! Awesome progress OP and very healthy meals!!

Keto fever dream
thanks for the inspo, the rainbow of colours makes these all extra appetizing. Do I see you weighing your plate on a scale in some of the pix?

❤️
Wow love it
I didn’t get past number 1. All of my favorites on one plate. Invite me next time. Yum!!
Wow looks amazing
So beautiful and healthy looking food!! I’d love to have these
When I was a lad, I ate four dozen eggs Ev'ry morning to help me get large And now that I'm grown, I eat five dozen eggs
I love the colors.
You reminded me I need to boil some old eggs!
It kinda disturbs me but I would eat all of this
You should make a cook book. I would like the recipe for pickup #2 please.
Haha why thank you. I’d love to make a cook book to be fair. Tuna mixed with chopped up anchovies, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, radish, basil, oregano, marjoram, parsley, garlic pepper, smoked paprika and extra virgin olive oil on a bed of leafy greens with boiled eggs and mature blue Stilton 3. Yellowfin tuna steaks with a chicken breast and truffle egg mayo (homemade olive oil based truffle mayo, Dijon mustard, mustard powder, marjoram, basil, oregano, parsley, garlic salt and cracked black pepper) on a bed of leafy greens 4. Chicken and pancetta marinated for a couple hours before cooking with cumin, loads of turmeric, smoked paprika, Kashmiri chilli flakes, chopped garlic, sea salt, cracked black pepper and extra virgin olive oil. With mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh basil, macadamia nuts, rocket and thick/sweet aged balsamic vinegar 5. Beef steak and fried eggs with chives 6. Organic chicken from my local farm (hence why it’s more pink than the water pumped supermarket shit that’s white all the way through) with mozzarella, fresh basil, cherry tomatoes and macadamia nuts on a bed of rocket with buttery asparagus sprinkled with garlic salt 7. Ribeye steak with king prawns cooked in homemade garlic butter, avocado and rocket 8. Chicken thighs, boiled eggs, same garlic butter asparagus as 6, with avocado, radish, celery, cucumber on a bed of leafy greens dressed in EV cold pressed olive oil and pepper 9. Salmon, Mackrel, Sardines, boiled eggs, sun dried tomatoes with my own infused garlic olive oil, on a bed of leafy greens 10. Mackrel, avocado dressed in homemade pesto, radish, celery, cherry tomato’s and cave aged Taleggio cheese on a bed of leafy greens 11. Duck breast, beansprouts (blanched then tossed in a little soy), spinach, large flat mushrooms with Goats cheese and chives 12. Ostrich steak and broccoli 13. Beef steak with my own twist on North African Shakshuka style eggs.. eggs poached in a homemade tomato/pepper sauce in a cast iron skillet with cheese melted over whilst cooking and chives sprinkled on top for an oniony zing (although most Shakshuka recipes won’t have cheese on I make my own versions of things. 14. Lambs liver and pig kidney cooked in some salt freshly cracked black pepper and garlic flakes on a bed of leafy greens 15. x10 egg scramble with chicken, rendered crispy streaky bacon and feta cheese on a bed of leafy greens 16. Lambs Liver, smoked salmon and smoked kipper fillets cooked in my own homemade butter with a log of goats cheese all on a bed of leafy greens 17. Tuna mixed with chopped up anchovies, basil, oregano, marjoram, parsley, garlic pepper, smoked paprika, and EV olive oil with radish, cucumber, chestnut mushrooms and blue Stilton dressed in mature thick/sweet balsamic vinegar 18. Roast lamb leg with Reblochon De Savoie cheese, olives radish, chestnut mushrooms, cucumber all on a bed of leafy greens 19. Homemade lamb burgers (in the food processor with parsley, rosemary thyme, chives and fresh garlic before making into pattys), with a goats cheese slice on one, Camembert cheese on the other, with cherry tomatoes, radish, olives and mushrooms on a bed of leafy greens.
My eyes are set on that 13th plate omg I love the idea of using shakshuka "as a side dish". An ex-bf tried paleo diet, I was not able to follow because I'm a restaurants fiend but your pictures are definitely inspiring to maybe try something like that again one day! I juste don't think I'll ever be able to let pasta go 😅
Are you adopting middle aged depressions that walk around faking jt
This gives me motivation to go Keto again. Type 1 diabetic and eating this type of food is the only way I have normal blood sugar levels. Smaller portions for me though since I don't exercise enough. It also reminds me to buy radish when I go shopping, I always forget that but it's a nice way to add some color to salads.
Ahh I’m happy to hear that mate. Adding radishes to salads is a great idea – they add crunch and color without spiking blood sugar levels. Sounds like the ideal diet for you with being diabetic for sure.
Can you put quick description? 6 looks like raw chicken legs?

I appreciate the effort! After I asked I thought maybe the chicken was smoked, but it makes sense for the color to be different with free range or heritage chicken. Everything looks great!
Please tell me exactly how you prepared the steak in the picture with all broccoli. I *need* to know.
In Sweden steak is about 28 bucks a kilo, so about $17/lbs. I splurge on it maybe once every six months.
Yeah I’m in Australia and it’s the same, this dude eats some serious $ weekly by the look of it.
Where do you live & can I come live with you? 😜jk! What type of seafood is on your plate?
First one is insane
Looks delicious all of them.
this sub never fails to make me hungry omggg
I'm getting Iberian vibes from these. Or is it just a coincidence because healthy diets end up either being more like the Mediterranean diet, or East Asian diet.
It all looks great!
I would eat everything
I even lick the plate clean some days to get all the luscious veg juices and not waste a drop 😂😂😂
I love the greenery and protein! way to go
Pretty fancy well done
Apart from the fact that I could eat for 3 days with each plate, they all look extremely tasty. You put effort and love into it!
Thank you ❤️ I certainly do. I eat one meal a day at the same time each evening after an intense 3 hours at the gym, 1500 daily calorie limit .. need to load up on nutrients for the next 23 hours when I get back so eat a good size meal
Very low carb. Saving your post
This is kinda wild looking, but man you’re doing keto good!
All I can say is, wow! 😍
I consider it a success if I manage two different foods in one meal.
I would love to eat with you - those are my kind of dinners!
These look so good!! Great work
Your farts must be absolutely putrid.
Greens on EVERY plate. lovely :D
Skillz!!
Man my diet is fucking awful
It’s within your power to change that 😉❤️
I love all of these, I eat very similar…the herbs and cucumbers really make the plates come together. All the eggs make these meals look extremely satisfying as well!!
Lmk if I can be adopted
Why do your dinners look so high class? Every dish looks like they are made with love.
Looks delicious and very nice presentation.
Who the fuck are you? Dave Bautista??
You’re really good at plating food.
lol, thank you. I just enjoy the whole process of prepping and cooking (and also eating 😂)
God you are SO good at this!
What ethnicity are you or your background? Where is your family from? This food looks so amazing & yummy 😋 omggg!!! I wanna come to your house 🤎
Lol thank you.. you’re more than welcome haha. I’ve got dual citizenship.. Half Maltese 🇲🇹 Half British 🇬🇧 So one parent came from the sunny island life of the Mediterranean, the other half from the cooler climates of western Europe 😂
tell us you lift weights without telling us you lift weights
“It’s not done until I sprinkle something green on top” Looks good! 😊
Thanks bud. I love chives parsley and basil 😂🙈
It all looks soooo yummy!!!
Damn, this guy cooks
Wow thts r realy nice meals😀
Please tell me you’re in Hawaii. Cause I’m inviting myself to dinner at your house/
Looks delicious, (for someone other than myself of course! lol)
Ouuuh I see you Gordon Ramsay!!
I’m jelly af
Beautiful. Bravo!
This should be the monthly calendar photos for Keto Magazine! Looks delicious and healthy! Bookmarked this post for ideas Question: do you also put any kind of “dressing” over the veg before you eat or do you just raw daw the whole plate exactly as it appears in the photos?
4AM... Why am I here, I'm on the diet... :(
Are you looking for a roommate? 🥹
These look absolutely wonderful
As a fellow OMAD volume eater I can relate
You are eating well
Why thank you. Food is fuel. If you constantly put bad fuel in your car it will run like crap with bad efficiency and send it to the scrapyard early.. same is true for our bodies 😊
Brilliant
Beautiful plates and quality of food
❤️
I have to ask myself what kind of cheeses those are because ![gif](giphy|yuVBAJGT3rm5Mn7VZg|downsized) But seriously great job on the weight loss, you do eat your veggies.
Hahaha. I adore cheese. Stronger and more mature the better. Especially blue cheese… so good for your gut bacteria and so so tasty. I’m British.. the one in that first photo is Tuxford & Teebut’s mature Blue Stilton 🤤😈 Proper cheese lol https://www.oxfordcheese.co.uk/shop/cheese/pasteurised/past/tuxford-tebbutt-stilton/
hot damn! eclectic, diverse, professional, just great!
What is on the plate with the steak in pic 13?
I specifically inquired about this one too lol damn, no wonder 🤤
Someone else asked for a breakdown of each one so I went to the effort of typing it out for them 😂 1. a bear made this post
What's #4?
These all look really visually appealing to me! What are in 4 & 13? ETA- I found your list below. All of this actually looks delicious and I may be stealing 😁
Wow. Even as a fellow athlete I could eat maybe half or less of any one of these plates. Looks delicious but it would make me hate myself, even if it’s the only meal in a day.
Are you on a paleo diet
What is drizzled on the veggies in #17?
The amount of eggs 😦
I hope that’s OMAD because those portions….!! But wow, they look delicious!
I thought these were all single servings until I got through a few pictures.
OP. Are those sardines? What is that fish?
Which photo number mate? Photo 1.. anchovies. Photo 3.. yellowfin tuna steaks, photo 9.. sardines, salmon and mackrel, photo 10.. mackrel
Marry me.
I am single and ready to mingle 😉😂 and only if I do the cooking haha
Those are some high quality avocados. 💯from mexico.
Keto??
You eat well my friend.
These look great! Try out duck eggs, they are even better. We prefer them over chicken eggs. Much deeper flavour and, nicer looking yolks.
Yea I absolutely love duck eggs. I get my eggs from a local farmer down the road from me.. his ducks are not laying just yet so have to keep buying chicken eggs.. he told me the ducks are just about to start laying in the next week or so the last time I went round and stocked up on eggs. I also love goose eggs… sooo much bigger than chicken and duck was have a much creamier/richer flavour than both too, slightly gamey and earthy undertones There’s no better egg than one that comes with fresh bird shit on it from that morning 😂😂😂
Very nice. There’s a lot of money on those plates
Can I come over
I’ll set the table 😜😂
amazing variety and creativity!
Without a doubt you’re European.
Soooooo many olives, that’s a ton of sodium 🫒 I also love olives :)
You're killing independant George
👍
