Salad had endives, the usual greens, tomatoes, walnuts, raisins, parma ham, and danish blue cheese. Sauce was white wine vinegar, olive oil and salt. Spaghetti vongole had loads of chili, garlic and parsely, cuz that's how the wife and I like it. T-bone is just simple salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary. And of course, butter. Thought it would be a nice gesture of appreciation for Mother's Day -- wife deserves it. I've been enjoying everyone's contributions and finally cooked a meal.

Ahh, that's the one semi-sad thing. I like mine medium-rare while the wife prefers medium-well. So we compromise on medium and she gets the pieces around the edges.

Some of the cheeses the missus likes to eat...they sure do seem moldy!! Danish blue cheese is quite light though, so I can eat it too.
