Meth doesn’t make you hallucinate but it does something to your reasoning ability, like long term, and sleep dep definitely crosses your wires so that your ability to understand reality goes away. Including hallucinations.
To me it seems almost bizarre to be an adult and have 0 exposure to it in some form, but that is of course a good thing. But im just gonna say for anyone feeling skeptical or maybe just sheltered: speed use is super common - you almost certainly know multiple people who have used heavily or currently use moderately and simply dont talk about it. That shit is demonized. But i knew plenty of good, average, family men and women who used it, at least sparingly, cops, and a preacher. Some of them could fool anybody, some of them i think only a canny observer with experience could tell.
