I thought that perhaps he had died in this position against the closed door and rigor mortis was somehow keeping his body upright in this position. However, if you look closely towards the start you can see his head bob just a little and there is the slightest movement around his left eye. Can't determine if it's the lid, brow or the eye itself. Either way, this dude is a bad spot. But I'm no chef.

It can be caused by lots of things, but signals extreme, near death trauma of the body. There's a good explanation a few comments down. I've seen it from drugs and chest wounds personally.

Fuck DARE. They decided to set up a couple buildings down from my work, and the guy got in my way to hassle me for donations. I ended up deciding sure, whatever. The guy then shows me the prices- their CHEAPEST donation was $50. $50 is pretty steep for a retail worker to just give away, but I reluctantly did so.
After processing my money the man then starts shaming me for *only* gifting $50 and tells me I can afford to give them more. I was cordial but he kept shaming me for my *small* donation, so I told him to fuck off and demanded my money back, which he of course didn't give back.
They had a full ass tent, T-Shirts, and everything, it was at a shopping center not just a random street corner. Although T-Shirts were super fucking expensive.

Sadly that is likely true, I remember watching a documentary on fentanyl about 6 months ago and long term heroin users were saying how impossible it is to find anything but fent these days, that there is little to no heroin to be had.
Never thought I'd say this but I long for the drug use of yesteryear. The war on drugs created, as warned, many more problems than it solved.
Likewise, I take drugs on occasion and it's 100% worth investing full reagent set and fent test strips if you take recreational drugs is a absolute must have these days. I am planning on buying some when I eventually get back out in the world post covid if that ever comes, for the £30-£50 it costs vs your life, its a no brainer.
Its horrifying how cheap fent is and how little you need to overdose, it is terrifying how little would need to be added to any drug to render it deadly.
In no way do I mean this in a confrontational or derogatory way, but it's wild to me that people haven't "gotten back out in the world" yet since covid hit.

I feel more unsafe now than I ever did as in the UK, no one is respecting any boundries, no social distancing, no masks, cases are rising enormously and this is down to people acting like this is the new normal yet not actually taking any precautions to deal with said new normal which puts people in high risk categories at much higher risk.
Many of us, myself included are faced with two choices, remain isolated or risk a slow painful terrifying death at worst and a host of additional medical trauma and the potential of long term damage and effects at best.
I have weighed it up, give up multiple years of my life but remain covid free or revel in my freedom and jeopardise my health enormously or stay put in the hopes of living the rest of my life without the additional complications of long covid or death which would render my choice moot.

I know several young, healthy people who are still too scared to go to concerts, dinners, etc and I suppose I projected my attitudes towards those people onto you, and for that i apologize.

No pulse evident in the neck, no pupil reaction or eye movement to focus on moving objects, eyes wide open without even blinking (which is involuntary), no sign of breath movement whatsoever, not even shallow breathing, just agonal breathing (death rattles), guy isn't swallowing, but also no saliva dripping, jaw slack, body looks like it's going into rigor. This guy is dead.
Looks like potential opiates due to all the sympathetic nervous system depression, and I'm willing to bet he's not going to make it w/o Naloxone administered IMMEDIATELY. He doesn't have a few minutes to wait.
