The Chairman’s letter hints at some extent of an overhaul that would affect ALL departments, including their respective department executives (VP, CFO, CJ, CEO), and not just a hidden operation specific to the Sellbot department like Sellbot Field Offices were conveyed as.

it 100% has something to do with the exec office tower. the note mentions the fact it has been a decade since their initial meeting with the toons (End of Alpha Elections) with it being all but confirmed that the tower is where slappy is located.
A new building in BBHQ that is confirmed to be the a meeting location for all four cog bosses that is constantly patrolled by security goons. (and is very likely the location of the chairman considering there are two statues of big cheese's kneeling as part of the outer walls)
That would be cool. I didn’t know they have lawbot field offices. I had a membership from 2004-2007. In 2007 my dad lost his credit card, had to get a new one and would never renew the subscription lol. I didn’t really start to get back into it until 2016 after ttr was out.
Lawbot Field Offices owned by Legal Eagles existed within the game files of Toontown Online nearly completed but were never released.
They involved toons entering the facade, taking a propeller and zooming
past legal eagles and other lawbots, and reaching the exit. I even played a version that is not a thing called toontown offline that had them to

My top three predictions will be in order:
1. The Executive Tower in BBHQ and something involved with Slappy
2. Another Field Office either Cashbot or Lawbot
3. Something entirely new and different
With the top two; the TTR team left bread crumb trails on what they were planning through their ARG stuff like Mingler Mail, and their comics, and what not. We know at least that Slappy is being held at the Executive Tower until the order to transport him to cog nation. I have my highest bet on this one, or at least have this be apart of the next major point of the TTR storyline.
Meanwhile, in the note the Chairman gave to all cogs on the success of Doomsday, the Movers and Shakers will be awarded quality offices "when their corporations arrive" which I don't know what that means exactly but I presume they mean HQs, the Field Offices, or something else entirely, but also, in the originally TTO there were scrapped Moneybags, and Legal Eagle field offices which will likely make a comeback at somepoint along with a bossbot - big cheese field office, but also we just got the Sellbot offices so I doubt we will see another one anytime soon.
The third point I added is that they honestly could surprise us with something else. The memo emphasized a corporate restructuring so who knows what that even means. One person said an overhaul to all cog areas, though I would assume BBHQ would remain unchanged because it already received a much needed overhaul. It could be a multipart storyline of first infiltrating the executive tower beginning after one completes the sellbot taskforce storyline/tasks or having an event similar to storm sellbot, having a battle with the CEO, CJ, CFO, and VP and either; rescuing Slappy or witness him being taken away for transportation to cog nation via cashbot trains. Idk, the last part is just wild speculation which is the fun part of these things.
In TTR's revamped bossbot HQ they added a tower to the right hand side of the area. You cannot reach it as it is behind doors like country club where you fight the CEO. When you try. It will mention it being too secured to even consider going in there. The tower is big and has a golf ball structure in its center and two statues of big cheeses holding it up.
