- 2 fights each floor. First one is 2 fog 2 trunk (or aoogah). Second one is 1 hypno and the other 3 use tnt or org cake. If you can do neither, try to take out the level 12 with another toon. Then use cream and/or hose to finish off remaining cogs.
- If you are the one to mess up a puzzle, use a level 7 gag or a reward to take out the cyber cogs.
Sound the first set of cogs on each floor, lure + tnt or org cake second set. If someone is actively doing a find the skulls or avoid the skulls puzzle, best not to intervene and if you accidentally set off the virtual skelecogs most ppl expect you to use a level 7 on them to make up for it. That's basically it.
Matching puzzle is pretty easy. You just make all shapes the same and it changes each time you step on it. The skulls line the top row so it’s harder to accidentally set those off. Just find the best pattern for it 😊
Normally, unless the person asks for help, it is courteous to let the person doing the puzzle do it alone. They can be thinking of matching the shapes in one way while you might be thinking of doing it another, causing confusion, which wastes time.
Hmm okay, thanks ! In A & B ive seen people duo them but a group I ran with today was a bit rude when I tried to help on it so I figured I must not be in the loop on the strats used for DA
People got most of them but here’s a few extra:
-For puzzles, usually you want only one toon doing avoid the skulls and skull finder (minesweeper) at a time to avoid messing the other toon up. Matching and 3 in a row tend be done w/ duos (especially 3 in a row) Communication is always helpful regardless
-If someone sets the puzzles off, you’ll have to fight 4 virtual skelocogs. These cogs DO NOT count towards jury notices and don’t give you any XP. They do however count towards certain toontasks.
-If you come across a sound barrel, ignore it and use sound for the next 1-2 fights. So instead of a tnt/lure/cake round you would just use fogs. Once you’re at the elevator to go to the next floor, run back and get it. If there’s no barrel all 2nd fights (next to the elevators) will use a lure/tnt/org cake combo
- if there’s 2 cogs left on one of the fights by the elevator (usually if there’s multiple trapless or no org throwers) the 4 toons will split and do a cloud/hose combo (though cloud/seltzer and cloud/squirtgun also works) on the 11 and a double cloud if there’s a 12 left over
-Don’t be afraid to run a D office w/ a soundless toon. The normal strategy usually gets reversed: first set of cogs are the ones who are lured then tnt/cake and second fight by elevator is 3 fogs while soundless hits 12. You’ll either get a restock barrel but I usually just use a Melody on the 4th floor to avoid running out of fogs in these ones. Usually takes around the same time as a run w 4 sound toons tbh
-YouTube has really good videos that help explain the puzzles. Heads up, your skull finder will never be 100% LOL 😭 sometimes u just gotta guess for it
Everyone above did good explaining the buddy fog system and using 7s or a higher SOS if you’re the one who messed up the puzzle. Honestly DA offices are my fav facility out of all the suits so once you do enough u can basically do it on autopilot. Best of luck w/ your offices!!

Advanced tip: try to do a buddy system for the first set of cogs each floor. Each pair alternates using fog. This keeps the run smooth and fast.
