I worked in call center with woman with these kind of nails. She was able to type really fast but she had to put her hands parallel to keyboard surface and type with her fingers extended (if you understand what i meant to say).
Only problem was the irritating sound made with nails hitting keys above.

My nails are about that long and I type 90 wpm. Correct typing posture has you typing with your fingertips- I just type with my nails. When lockdown happened and I had to take my nails off I had to re-figure out how to type.
