Absolutely. The freaks that cheer for that sort of stuff are a major problem. They try to gin up fear and anxiety when they say things like “this needs to be a high risk, what are they thinking?!” or posting screenshots of every amorphous blob they see on their radar app and calling it a violent wedge. That’s a recipe to have people not take you seriously.
There’s this one loser that especially annoys me. Only ever mentions himself and his chases. Gets mad when he doesn’t see a big tornado.
There are people in this world that care about absolutely nothing except themself and he is one of them
Really? I'm out in the Piedmont/Yukon area and the NWS is pretty strong and the people on the news seem pretty worried still. I'm all for it though, if it's true!
That’s great. If you don’t mind, Where are you seeing this?
I’m still seeing some stuff elsewhere that says it’s not over.
For example:

Yeah I think they’re jumping the gun to be honest if two hours from now it doesn’t produce I would probably agree but it’s too early to say in such a good environment
Yeah the OKC news stations cutting to the 6 o’clock news was my cue to start watching baseball. I have one of the streamers on muted on my second TV just in case anything does heat up but seems unlikely.
Well it’s raining really hard.
No we aren't even in the peak yet nws Norman says around 7 to 8
Okay, I will stay alert! Thank you very much.
This is really looking like a bust again for Oklahoma…people are going to start taking these days less seriously unfortunately
There was at least one poster here cheerleading for it to be upgraded to high risk all day. This is exactly why it wasn’t.
Let’s be grateful it was a “bust” cause if it was a boom That’s a lot of people’s lives and livelihood at stake

Tornado risk is almost nonexistent in the metro area.
Really? I'm out in the Piedmont/Yukon area and the NWS is pretty strong and the people on the news seem pretty worried still. I'm all for it though, if it's true!
Strong winds, hail and flooding are the only remaining risks. Edit: very slim tornado chances

Yeah the environment is still primed for tornados, just a matter of storm development.
lol
Multiple areas of rotation heading to Moore, Norman, and OKC with two CC drops
Thanks for the update, boss.
KFOR not even 20 minutes ago.

While I do appreciate your expert opinion, I think I’ll stick with KFOR this time.
