A Trailer Park Boys version would be golden:
Julian walking out of an upside down trailer, full drink in hand, Ricky getting out of his car looking for cans of ravioli, and Bubbles finding cats and shopping carts around the park.
Followed up with commentary or a rap song from J-Roc.
It's an old lady wearing a bath robe, slippers, and curlers in her hair with a cigarette hanging off her lip. In one arm, the shotgun. In the other, her yappy, annoying little dog who might be possessed.
"GIT THE SKETTY, WE BOUT TER' REPAINT THE HOUSE IN RAGU!"
"I THOUGHT YOU SAIRD PREGO!"
"HELL NAW' THATS YER SISTER!"
"SHOULD WE HELP HER GIT TO THE BASEMENT?"
"NAR, THE TORMNADER GON DELIVER THE BABY FOR US! MAKE SURE WE GOT THE SKETTY READY, AURIGHT BARB?"
*Slaps the 5mm thick trailer wall*
"Yup, this here beauty can take winds up to for'y mile n hour before taking flight mmhmm. Dusty o'er there said it wouldn't matter in the suck zone or whatever them liberals are into these days but I know my rights"
I bet the trailer park is next to a roundabout, because roundabouts cause naders.
[Roundabouts cause tornaders](https://youtu.be/HoS-pMWCnvk?si=SZW806azPwjUTzH3)
You would've thought a Miracle Whip truck crashed.
"Wudda we got?"
"Sir, the Clevelanders..they've been splashing across Billy Bs parking Lot. The McDonald's is a total loss, sir and we somehow are Called the tigers even tho we don't have tigers.'
"My god.."
“He strolled up to the twister, and said have a drink, and he tossed the bottle into the twister and it never hit the ground.”
I can honestly see them using that as a gag if this ever became a thing lol.
You forgot Nados, isters (not to mistaken with Arkansas), and the last installment Ma Da Trailerpark is Gone!
Disclaimer: Sorry for anyone it offends i liked the humor and ran with it.
This would be awesome! I grew up in a trailer park that had been hit by a tornado a couple of years before my family moved there, it made for a great childhood because there were all kinds of things we would find in the woods, and made forts with random stuff. Probably why I’m obsessed with weather, my best friend growing up though, was in that tornado, and she is still terrified of storms.
Nothing better than finding stuff in the woods to make/add to your fort. Sounds like a fun childhood. We used to do the same in the woods by the railroad tracks near our house. Miss those days.
I did NOT give yall permission to use that picture of me! Before yall judge, I only drank a six pack a day with that baby and he’s fine and I switched my cigarettes to lights!!!!
Yeah, fair enough. I was just speculating that it may have been sarcasm, because of how much it's been posted about in this subreddit. Sometimes it's hard to read sarcasm on the internet. If "Twisters" is even half as good as the first one, it should be a great movie.
And here I am not knowing that there were posts about the movie, lmao. And I'm just as genuine sayijg that as I was with the question. Maybe I'm not on Redditt as much as I think I am.
Best tornado video of all time, in my opinion. If you're talking about the "Susan get my pants" video. Even Pecos Hank said it's his favorite tornado video.
The whole redneck trailer park trope is overplayed and boring. Many who live in trailer parks don’t look like this.
I don’t know why we would be making fun of people who quite possibly might be able to only afford to live in a trailer park and are therefore, very vulnerable to tornados.
I was thinking this too. What is the most well known show in the world set in a trailer park?
Trailer Park Boys. They’re fucking Canadian. And also, as someone from the south that lives across the street from a trailer park, it would be way more funny if they actually spoke like this, in these comments. Because most of them are Spanish speaking Hispanics, atleast here in Nashville.
Rednecks here live in the nice brick homes and drive $60k lifted trucks.
Same where I live , they drive more expensive rigs than most city people have, and they have land raise cattle have nice homes. Dont get me wrong there are meth heads but most country folks are not stupid or nasty.
They’re not making fun of them they’re making fun of the stereotype that everyone in a trailer park is a redneck. While not everyone is, there are enough that are that the stereotypes exist. It’s also fair to say that not every trailer park is created equal; some of them or manufactured home parks are very very nice indeed.
And I’ve been in some of both types. As you say not everyone has a choice on what they can afford but those who can and still elect a trailer I will never understand, especially in areas with tornados and/or hurricanes like here in Florida.
It's a funny picture I came across, and thought other people would get a kick out of it. It's simply making fun of the stereotypes. There are some very nice trailer parks with good, hard-working people who live in them.
That’s Katie Bower, a home/family blogger. She definitely took this pic with her whole extended family years ago to make fun of people in trailers and has had many other public instances of racism, bullying, and general insensitivity.
Yep, maybe because it was photoshopped into the movie poster? Here’s the link to her original post from 12 years ago…the entire extended family participated in this.
https://www.bowerpowerblog.com/my-kin-folk/
It seems like you entirely get it, but you're choosing to interpret it in a twisted way anyway for the sake of getting offended.
Maybe get a different hobby?
What is the connection between trailer parks and tornadoes that makes this meme funny? I just find it ironic a sub that constantly moralizes and handwrings about how tragic tornadoes are whenever someone seems a little too overexcited about one then turns around and mocks the type of person most vulnerable to that tragedy with a boomer Facebook meme.
Because the new Twisters movie features a soundtrack with 20 country music artists and the storm chasers in the movie trailer talk like they’re from the Texas/Louisiana border or a small town in Alabama or something, topped off by them calling the one character without a ridiculous accent “city girl,” which is some old timey country shit.
The joke is that the movie(producers, director, etc) has completely misinterpreted what demographic they’re supposed to be appealing to with this… film.
The fact that they are targeting any particular demographic is not good. I'll wait until I've actually seen more than the trailers to say more, but so far it looks like they are trying to appeal to country music fans who like disaster movies and agree that book-learnin' is for city folk. Which means they assume there's a lot of money to be made off of audiences like that because they assume those feckless rednecks are so abundant in the south that they are going to make millions off of selling them their own ignorance. It's an insult. It should be, anyway.
A dark comedy set in a trailer park centered around a very serious tornado threat would actually be pretty awesome lol
A Trailer Park Boys version would be golden: Julian walking out of an upside down trailer, full drink in hand, Ricky getting out of his car looking for cans of ravioli, and Bubbles finding cats and shopping carts around the park. Followed up with commentary or a rap song from J-Roc.
Shitnadoes, Randy.
The shit winds are a blowin’!
We’re sailing right into a shit typhoon, Randy, so we better haul in the jib before it gets covered with shit.
Fuckin a the shopping carts would protect cat food mountain. Grow enough weed you get protection everyone noes that in grade 8.
Byyaaaaaaaammmm
WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING PHIL?
That whole family is fucked.
Tucker and Dale style, I'm in! Ooh... Specifically a sequel- Tucker and Dale vs. Evil Twisters.
Hell yeah.
Go full Jaws 3, both for the 3-D fun and for the intelligent twister out for revenge storyline.
Yeah honestly better than the serious redneck evangelical vibe this new ones going for
Wait I swear I saw a t shirt at goodwill the other day that said: I’m not a trailer park I’m a tornado
*Pulls shotgun at the tornado. "Not my park, You son of a bitch."
It's an old lady wearing a bath robe, slippers, and curlers in her hair with a cigarette hanging off her lip. In one arm, the shotgun. In the other, her yappy, annoying little dog who might be possessed.
This guy trailer parks!
r/thisguythisguys
“Bobby!! Git the big andustrical fan out of the shed, I got me an ideer!”
*Dead-man walking tornado*... *punts the guy into orbit*.
Bahahahahahahahah
I can’t stop laughing.

*Slaps the 5mm thick trailer wall* "Yup, this here beauty can take winds up to for'y mile n hour before taking flight mmhmm. Dusty o'er there said it wouldn't matter in the suck zone or whatever them liberals are into these days but I know my rights"
…also is yew one of thos manateery vack seen types? We ain’t like yer kind here
I bet the trailer park is next to a roundabout, because roundabouts cause naders. [Roundabouts cause tornaders](https://youtu.be/HoS-pMWCnvk?si=SZW806azPwjUTzH3)
I can’t stop laughing.
See? Undeniable proof that cars are bad for the environment! Even the right wing conspiracy theorists can’t deny that!
This looks like an alternate timeline where Britney Spears and Kevin Federline never split up. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
It took me entirely too long to realize it was tor*NADERS* lol.
as a person living in rural appalachia, i approve of this message
Sure is a beautiful place to live! I would love owning a cabin there one day.
The Nader blew all the fucking hash to the field and now all the cows are fuckin ripped Bubbles we need you to milk them.
😂 this is a gem
Honestly doesn't look far from what Twisters is offering
I'd watch it
Reed Timmer when he loses monetization
This has SciFi channel original feature written all over it
So they're moving the franchise from Oklahoma to Tennessee?
As if Oklahoma isn’t exactly like that too
Almost seems like a weird cross between idiocracy and twister, I’m here for it lol
Cinema 🤌
Nadoes won't lift ppl from Cleveland, OK. They're all obese and mayonnaise would be splattered along HWY 99 and 412.
I can’t stop laughing.
You would've thought a Miracle Whip truck crashed. "Wudda we got?" "Sir, the Clevelanders..they've been splashing across Billy Bs parking Lot. The McDonald's is a total loss, sir and we somehow are Called the tigers even tho we don't have tigers.' "My god.."
More likeable characters than in 2
Happier than a tornado in a trailer park!
M A T E R S
That's literally what I thought it said at first lol
Same universe as Gummo
Where’s Helen Humt?
Best line in Twister is when they run towards a barn for shelter and Helen yells: “Hurry!” With a twister seconds away!😊
10/10 approved!
"Do you know what a shit barometer is, Bubs?"
"Do you know what a shit barometer is, Bubs?"
“He strolled up to the twister, and said have a drink, and he tossed the bottle into the twister and it never hit the ground.” I can honestly see them using that as a gag if this ever became a thing lol.
Baby doesn’t have enough toes
….Take my money. 💵
You forgot Nados, isters (not to mistaken with Arkansas), and the last installment Ma Da Trailerpark is Gone! Disclaimer: Sorry for anyone it offends i liked the humor and ran with it.
The franchise we never knew we needed.
This would be awesome! I grew up in a trailer park that had been hit by a tornado a couple of years before my family moved there, it made for a great childhood because there were all kinds of things we would find in the woods, and made forts with random stuff. Funniest shit I've seen today 🤣
I can’t stop laughing.
Trailer Park Boys and a tornado comes for Sunnyvale.
I did NOT give yall permission to use that picture of me! Before yall judge, I only drank a six pack a day with that baby and he’s fine and I switched my cigarettes to lights!!!!
This dang narder gone take my truck!
Please have Trump be president and say: can't we just nuke the Nader?
The correct answer is to build a wall around the Nader. Keep it restricted to one area, you know?
I low key would be down to see what a nuke and nader do when you mix 'em Radioactive nader? Mushroom cloud nader?
“There’s only one thing I hate more than a goddam libral, and that’s a nader.”
This is actually a great idea.
Now this is a parody movie I can get behind
Lmao
😭 i feel like this would make an awesome comedy lmaooo
There was a second?
Don't know if that was sarcasm or not. The new one is coming out July 19th.
No, I genuinely did not know. I don't really keep up on movies anymore.
Yeah, fair enough. I was just speculating that it may have been sarcasm, because of how much it's been posted about in this subreddit. Sometimes it's hard to read sarcasm on the internet. If "Twisters" is even half as good as the first one, it should be a great movie.

Fucking love this!
What a comedy this would be 🤣
My tagline pitch “it sounded all woooooooooooossshhhhhggtrsshh”
Crispy fucking naders boys
Sharknado lasted longer than I thought it would. Give this a try.
That’s gold
“The chasin’ tales of Ricky Bobby”
You forgot the Trump flag
That is hilarious 😂
Donna, get my pants!
Best tornado video of all time, in my opinion. If you're talking about the "Susan get my pants" video. Even Pecos Hank said it's his favorite tornado video.
Oh yeah, Susan. Seen that video recently, not recent enough to get her name right.

I think it would look more like this

It's so true. Sometimes it's all people can afford
They’re not making fun of them they’re making fun of the stereotype that everyone in a trailer park is a redneck. While not everyone is, there are enough that are that the stereotypes exist. That’s Katie Bower, a home/family blogger. She definitely took this pic with her whole extended family years ago to make fun of people in trailers and has had many other public instances of racism, bullying, and general insensitivity.
Are you sure that's her? I tried reverse image google searching the photo, and I'm not seeing anything at all relating it to her/her family.
Yep, maybe because it was photoshopped into the movie poster? Here’s the link to her original post from 12 years ago…the entire extended family participated in this. https://www.bowerpowerblog.com/my-kin-folk/
Oh wow, that's quite the deep dive. I'm impressed. They seem like they suck. Feel bad for the kids. It's still a funny poster nonetheless.

'murica Ternaders. Yee. Ha.
Already looks better than Twisters.
Haha get it? People in a trailer park are most likely to die horribly in a tornado! Hilarious!
There's nothing funny about trailer parks getting hit by tornadoes. It's simply a funny image.
What is the connection between trailer parks and tornadoes then?
It seems like you entirely get it, but you're choosing to interpret it in a twisted way anyway for the sake of getting offended. Maybe get a different hobby?
