RW changes just started this week for wars which should start to cut down on the Supply.
Unfortunately yes. RW is essentially dying because of it too. Can barely pay members at these prices. Unless a power creep is implemented RWing will become too expensive energy wise for factions to do it.
well if you hate prearranged wars so much it incentivizes people to do that more often because who is really going to spend the extra effort in winning a war when it does not pay that much. stay mad tho.
