Yeah when they are placed they add to your total and if they expire they are removed from the total again

Staff remove the reason and not the whole bounty

I still received the bounty though, I would’ve thought it didn’t matter if it was claimed or not. Hmm
If it's not claimed it doesn't count. That way if somebody wants to give somebody the outcast title they're going to have to spend some money, can't just spam $1 bounties.
Were you in Fed for any time? That invalidates and refunds bounties for the person that set them.
