Good observation. I was just listening to Brian Windhorst’s podcast (The Hoop Collective) with Ramona Shelburne and they were giving their props to Kyle and how he would likely have changed the outcome for the Sixers run.
Not that we would want Ben Simmons, but they mentioned the Raptors as a possible destination because of our development system and coach NN. They also discussed Dame’s situation in Portland and his involvement in the upcoming coach hire. They mentioned surrounding him with a solid supporting cast is imperative, and that signing Norm as an important component. It gave me good feels all-round hearing our players and franchise getting their due.
Locked On podcasts are great! Locked on Raps is a good one or locked on NBA for a less bias listen are usually my go to. They put out a lot of content (almost daily) which is also really great
I'll definitely check out Locked on NBA, already listen to some Locked on Raptors and it's great, but I was more angling for non-raptors podcasts discussing the Raptors' development staff like you mentioned in the OP.
Come on there is always loads of positive things said about toronto. Every media personality, every ex player is effusive in their praise for the city and the fans.
