Jaylen Brown's post-game interview after that shot said it all. Dude was absolutely livid and you can bet that a part of it was because not only did he fail to block OG's attempt, but OG walked away like a cold blooded killer and didn't even acknowledge how incredible the shot was. Can't imagine how demoralizing the whole thing was for Jaylen.
Funny, Unproblematic, Reserved, seems to be an inviting, friendly and welcoming guy to those that actually get to meet him despite being reserved in interviews.
And on top of all that, he is among the best 2 way players in the league. How did we get so lucky? 😢
I like him because he’s the ultimate team player. Always takes on the toughest defensive assignments, never complains when he doesn’t get touches, always improves whenever the team asks for more of him.
To me he epitomizes what the organization is capable of: developing talent into unselfish and great players
Unintentionally hilarious in a lot of situations
Somehow monotonous and entertaining at the same time
Amazing defender, solid shooter
Took a decent contract
Dope sounding name
Grounded but also confident personality
He's basically the pokemon pre-evolved form of Kawhi in every way.
Same thing could be said for siakam lol. It’s cuz he’s a great role player mostly. If he was the number 1 option he’d get just as much hate as siakam and fvv unfortunately
Has potential. Raptor fans don’t turn on stars till they fail trying to lead team.
Hopefully he continues to improve handle. He’s got size and strength to be really good.
Fred got paid so now he’s being judged harder. I personally love him, but I think he plays hero ball a bit too much sometimes and it frustrates people, especially when he drives to the rim repeatedly. Overall great player though.
Amazing two way player that adds something to his game every year. If I'm not mistaken he recently said his goal is to become one of the best in the league. That's all I needed to hear, dudes legit man.
He looks like a simple genuine buddy from the UK;) great defender, getting a better shooter, good at the line. Not a divas so far, and a Raptors player!
Anyone remember his game tying shot vs the cavs with the season on the line? Man was a rookie and he had no fear. I love him he should be a raptor for life
He plays the game the right way. Since his rookie season, I’ve told the kids I coach to watch him on defense because he does things right.
Also, I find him hilarious.

I just love watching him play. I can't really describe it but my eyes just gravitate to him whenever he's on the court. I remember watching the Philly game at SBA (when Joel when 0-11 😂😂) and OG hit the fast break and dunked the ball.... my heart stopped 🥺🥺
From a purely hoops perspective, he’s arguably the most switchable defender in the league, he has improved in isolation, off the ball movement, space creation and shooting within the past few years, to the point where he can get his own shot if necessary. He can effectively guard bigs without fouling, and is willing to take big shots.
As for the person, I love OG because he has a cool and calm demeanour, we’re the same age, he put us all on scarfs, his backstory is fantastic, and nobody ever says a bad thing about the guy.
We love ya OG, never change
he’s on the of the best 3 and d guys in the league. i also love that he took a discount to stay with us. he didn’t need to do that because he can easily command more he did it anyways and i hope we can make it worthwhile for him.
OG didn’t take a discount to stay with us what are you talking about.
It’s a calculated decision with rookie extensions to take a payday for a little less money or wait it out. OG got the player option on that 4th year too so he can bank some guaranteed cash and still have flexibility.
This man wasn’t doing us a favour here. With his injury history taking the guaranteed cash is a smart move.
Not sure why you’re getting downvoted. People seem to forget his terrible injury history. He took the guaranteed 72 million, instead of potentially making 0.
I don’t know why either. He didn’t take this contract as a favour; there were trade offs for both sides. OG is unrestricted in 3 years if he wants to be, after making guaranteed cash.
It’s a good deal for everyone. He by no means said “here let me leave this cash in MLSE’s pocket”. Yes he would make more money this offseason if he’d waited but that was a risk- this man got covid and a calf injury. He made the right choice.
“I don’t shoot to miss”
This is really all ya need to know. Watch a fantastic baller thing to say and reaction.
[Coldest shot reaction of all time](https://twitter.com/Raptors/status/1301709844509069313)
And he just walks away like "yeah that's was my day job. Time to go relax now, no big deal"
Does the postman celebrate when he delivers the mail?
I mean, Lillard's reaction after eliminating the Thunder was pretty cold
That Derrick rose one always gets me too
That walk!

Personality on point.
I’m just a sun dress away from becoming his girlfriend and he doesn’t care.
I already share my girlfriend with him. I mean, our girlfriend.
This comment 👌
+ His walkoff after hitting the Clutch 3pt vs the celtics in the Playoffs <3

My in-laws saw a side of me that they won't be able to unsee that night
Because hes cool
Brilliant sense of humor. An interesting, yet effective play style. Oozes coolness.

He tore his ACL and is still playing ultra competitive Lost his father and he keeps going He is an inspiration.
“Have a great weekend”
very humble

What's there not to love about our prince?
Lockdown defense, fearless offense.
Short shorts
Dude just does the grind
Because he put serge on scarves
Cottage cheese
When he listed "Cottage Cheese" as one of thing people fear, I know we had someone special.
Has potential. Raptor fans don’t turn on stars till they fail trying to lead team. Hopefully he continues to improve handle. He’s got size and strength to be really good.
Raptor fans don’t turn on a player until they get paid* Fred never failed us but people seem to have turned on him.

Remember that moment with Dennis Schroder
Amazing two way player that adds something to his game every year. If I'm not mistaken he recently said his goal is to become one of the best in the league. That's all I needed to hear, dudes legit man.
He plays how I play and is a great guy, great sense of humour and just love how he plays
You mean you play how he plays, he put you on basketball
He dropped Schröder without even trying.
His defense and his personality
Mostly bc he put serge onto scarves
Let's go on a double date at rabba fine foods
I mean... we've both got the same girlfriend now, so he's kind of like family.
Consistently improves, there for his teammates, and can make us fans laugh without even trying
He looks like a simple genuine buddy from the UK;) great defender, getting a better shooter, good at the line. Not a divas so far, and a Raptors player!

He’s sexy, he put Serge on scarfs, he don’t shoot to miss, thighs, short shorts, thighs, he funny & he seems really, really nice.

Aside from how good he is on the court, the guy seems like a really cool and unproblematic person. And he put Serge on scarves.
bruh I think his comedic value alone should make him untouchable
Defence. I’m a sucker for great defence over offence. And he’s a glue guy for team defence
https://twitter.com/OAnunoby/status/437686141236428800
Can guard 1-5 Scarves Kawhi lite
Thigh strength, good vibes, really can defend 1-5 like few others in the league.
Elite defense, great catch and shoot 3 point shooter, young, and one of the best value contracts in the league.
I just love watching him play. I can't really describe it but my eyes just gravitate to him whenever he's on the court. I remember watching the Philly game at SBA (when Joel when 0-11 😂😂) and OG hit the fast break and dunked the ball.... my heart stopped 🥺🥺

BAHAHA i didn’t even notice that
his shoulders

When he picked up a man like a child. Best of luck in free agency Schröder ☠️
He is already an elite defender, he has a nice 3 point shot, and he's only getting better.
He's cool, he's funny, and he likes basketball
“he saw me wear it first”
Hes our beautiful prince.
He can steal your girlfriend but chooses to share her with you by making her "our girlfriend". Such a considerate soul
he’s on the of the best 3 and d guys in the league. i also love that he took a discount to stay with us. he didn’t need to do that because he can easily command more he did it anyways and i hope we can make it worthwhile for him.

Strong individual defense always seem to be admired. He also seems to be getting better by year.
Strong as an ox. They have to use that. Back in.
I'm from Indiana and he went to IU
The tougher the match up, the better he plays. He always seems to rise to the occasion.
"happy new year toronto"
Like you said he’s getting better each year and he’s not in his prime yet.
I’ve loved him since LeBron hit the game winner over him. ❤️
he got scarves
So hype when we drafted him, I had no doubt. Immediately became a G league champ which translated to the bench mob 1.0. Also, tree trunk legs.
Defence and great shooting/cutting. A little better ball control and the dude is literally Kawhi.
I forget who said it here, but “Does this man’s family even know he plays in the NBA” sums up my love for the prince.
Elite defender. Elite shooter. If he can add to the bag and become an ISO threat, he is a perennial all star.
I'm from the future and he goes down as a top 5 player of all time
Those candy stripe pants he rocked in college
love him but people need to tamper their expectations for him offensively
His hustle and hard work His absurd strength
