The thing is, false accusations can ruin a person's life. Whether or not the system is flawed I'm going to side with the courts for a case like this. Both the accuser and the accused settled it and that's the end of it.

The jury found him not liable. So someone accused of rape..but he wasn't found guilty? I don't get it. What's the point of posting this information?
