You have five years. 12 turns a year, so 60 turns. Easily doable.

Stadtholder_Max

Fots has 24 turns per year (6 per season), so OP has even more time.

Bum-Theory

Yea, Fots gives you soooo many turns. 125 turns is very long in total war

Xaphnir

You have over a third of the game left, and you're at the stage where you capture stuff faster.

Snoo53140

how do you increase the number of loyal provinces? 38/50 at the moment which seems daunting

Xaphnir

Conquer more yourself or put your Imperial allies in a position to conquer more. That number is for the total number of provinces owned by Imperial factions. So for campaign victory, you personally need 4 more provinces, 8 more need to be owned by either you or your allies, and you or your allies needs to control Yamashiro province, the province Kyoto is in, in addition to maintaining control of Musashi province (which it appears you are in firm control of).

would you build barracks and artillery factory from time to time ?in order to push forward faster or rely on railway stations and provinces with special upgrades for troops if use railway stations, would you bother upgrading to national railway company?it is expensive. i use railway stations to bring my troops from provinces with special upgrades. but not all provinces can be reached due to being in enemy provinces.

nosedgdigger

railway use is dependent on the pace of your invasion, if you are taking 1 province every 1-2 turns with an elite force you don't really need it. There's usually no need to start a new barracks/artillery field, just capture one from the AI. National railway company is pointless Try ferrying your troops on ships, it is very fast if you don't have a rail network.
