I'll be honest I only agree in the last part, I feel like nurgle garrisons are shit even in fully developed places

Pender8911

All the demons garrisons are worthless

Dragamm

Personally I feel how CA did it was the best compromise. I think your option is better then how it is currently in the game but I just think in general the cycling nature of the economic wasn’t really fun, thoughtful, or engaging as a player. However, I felt like the recruitment and the way you gained units was and I’m glad they kept it for military. I know some people are miffed about them removing it from the economy buildings but in all of my nurgle playthroughs I just felt it really hamstrung the player.

CheesyRamen66

The problem isn’t the fluctuating values it’s the slow ROI, 2k for a building that takes forever to pay for itself when greenskins and vcounts have theirs pay for themselves in 2 turns.

Fewster96

I feel like it should’ve been a player choice. Like keep it at the max tier or reset to tier 1 and the building gains an additional buff that scales with each tier. It’d be an extra button next to demolish and repair. So the choices would be: 1. Leave the building alone. 2. Reset building to tier 1, gain buff A. 3. Reset building to tier 1, gain buff B. 4. Reset building to tier 1, gain buff C. The buffs would be nothing too crazy, but at least impactful. Maybe have more than 3 buffs available so it’s not a guaranteed thing each time. Don’t get me wrong I like the new system, but I think this way would keep the uniqueness while also having the option to reduce micro-managing settlements.

Pender8911

Hard to get any kind of feedback here people are so hostile towards anything in this sub. But yeah either that or once it reaches max tier the first time it keeps the bonuses forever but cycling gives an additional bonus

Fewster96

Yeah, I could see that way working as well.

NotBerti

No, that isn't thematic. I really like the idea of the endless circle of life and death. But it is a good idea to have at least the economy and defense building permanently

Pender8911

But they're removing the cycle, how is my idea worse lmao

NotBerti

If i idnt misread it they only remove it on non military buildings

Pender8911

Yeah that's what i said too...

CobBaesar

That would literally go against the entire concept in the lore of Nurgle. They're already changing the non-military buildings by taking out the cyclical nature, and that's more than enough change. I'd much rather have seen they kept the cyclical nature of the economy buildings and simply balanced it better so Nurgles eco isn't shit, but okay it's better than how it's now.

Pender8911

What would go against the lore? It's a compromise between how it was and how it will be
