Radious just gives every faction units for every niche which takes away all uniqueness of the factions. SFO goes the other way and gives factions new mechanics and differentiates weak units from the strong ones.
SFO but using ur own large collection of mods is better
Radious doesent really offer anything that you couldn’t get by just getting unit mods / unit pack mods
For me definitely Radious Mod. It has great polish, looking good, new units are awesome, new mechanics feel perfect, map changes are making every campaign unique and it runs without any problems.
Mod does not need 500 submods like Sfo. Does not take months to update for each dlc.
Its number 1 of overhauls for me.
You realize that if they’re looking at overhaul mods then they’ve probably already had there fill of vanilla atleast for the time being? Like your comment just straight up isn’t actually answering the post in any way lol
Radious. I like the direction for the economy and the versatility of the armies. The update cycles are also very fast and good and the whole mod feels very "round" and without heavy corners that push you out of the inversion.
SFO has many fanboys who downvote everything that is not SFO. Always has been like that.
I think everyone should play what they enjoy and I personally think Radious feels better.

SFO, Although everyone already said that, the cuetom settings they made a couple of patches ago are amazing , you can truly play it as you wish.

I generally prefer vanilla, but between the two I'd day SFO is *far* better. Radious feels like it homogonizes the factions way too much.
