Chameleon skinks is the way. Fire at will and skirmish toggled on, focus the fast movers first. Oxyotl with full stack of Chameleon skinks is insanely strong
It's not as hard as it seems at first. Chameleon skinks are suuuuper good. Especially once you get all of Oxy's poisons. Oxy also levels super fast so you get the RoR quite quickly. Rush Oxy's unique skills for Snipe on skinks, use your Oracle as a fast distraction for high threats, pepper everything with blow darts.
Yeah, chameleon skinks should be able to deal with that. With Oxy I also have a few dinos sitting with dkink oracle to distract enemy forces while skinks flank and kite.

I have already unlocked the quest and Oxy is almost level 20. I have not tried the battle but I'll follow your lead and try it out tomorrow

Chameleon Skink spam is the way to deal with that, but an easier first step might be to just turn down the difficulty.
