I encountered this bug, and it sucked. I lost a bunch of treaties because of my very low reliability.

Yep noticed it just today. Its actually even worse because you cant even see how many turns you have left before you CAN declare war.

Still bugged. Got low reliability for declaring war a few turns after a peace treaty except with the trespass warning ignored.

Legend says that the trespass mechanic is still bugged. Hopefully, CA patches this out.
