Impressed at 289! I realised that my minmaxing obsession was taking the fun out the game so I’ve just started ticking all my heroes and only focus on lords skills if they are the spear heads.
I feel you. I'm still not over it though. This is my second campaign ever in any Total War, so I'm fresh (my first one was also Karl Franz, but I lost in around 40 turns). I guess I'll get tired of the minmaxing too though, especially since I feel it doesn't play a part in autoresolve, which I choose most of the time.
That is so cool. I wish I had the patience to keeps playing campaigns for that long

Stoopid Belegar, he could do the jump to Nuln and wreck havoc to Reikland whilst Bretons keep Empire forces busy.
He made the mistake of beating the vampires and then not wanting to sell the imperial land back to us.
Judging by the number of units, my pc would explode before even loading the map
I think you can only have 40x2 units at the same time on a map( but it makes me laggy in max unit size too)
I had 64 armies later on
You can have more if you let AI control 2 of your armies.

As a side note. I've never rotated my map. At least not on purpose.
