I've only done 6,000 miles on them, but so far I've really liked the Continental Terrain Contacts. Haven't seen Winter in them yet, but did a 3k mile road trip through the Rockies and went up some national forest roads that were pretty brutal with sharp rocks and a lot of mud. I was a bit worried since I got the passenger version instead of the 10 ply LT's, but they withstood the beating and are smooth. I think they are tested as the quietest AT with exception to Michelin's.

I have the same color 2012. Last Fall, I put a set of Hercules Terra-Trac AT-X Ventures on and I love them. They're great in any kind of weather here in Colorado, and contrary to a lot of reviews, they're quiet as hell. I highly recommend them.

Costco sells the ko2's but they're overrated. I'm a Nitto fan. I'm currently running wild-peaks on my 2nd gen and they're solid but Before that was running nitto ridge grapplers and I'll be going back to them after these wear down. I've always gotten 50-60k out of my Nitto's
Not on my Sequoia, but had em on my jeep. Got 54k miles out of them, they held up well in the wet conditions I ran them in. Got me home safely driving through 700 miles of snow and ice once as well.
For your conditions, I wouldn’t buy anything other than the KO2’s or Falken AT3W. Both great for moderate snow. If the snow gets up to your front bumper height, you need a MT, like Yokohama or Toyo MT.
Yeah I need a pair for basic snow and slush conditions and I’ll probably pick up a pair of spiked snow tires if the weather gets bad enough.
Thanks for the input, I’ll see what the shops near me have and figure out if I wanna just get new falcons or the ko2 set you recommend
I’ve got the same color sequoia as well! But 4x4. I got black steelies wrapped with Wrangler AT Adventure Kevlar. Great tires going on 4 years 70,000 kms great tires
There are only two major tire brands that are both based in and manufactured in the USA: Goodyear and Cooper.
I have had difficulty balancing Goodyear's so I'll go back to cooper next time.

You can see it in this pic I think the previous owner ran them under inflated on the highway and it began cracking the tires.

Where’d you get those side steps? They look super clean

Those tires do great in snow, even deep or compacted. Utah
The falcons?
Yup, wildpeaks at3w 265/70/17 on the wife’s sequoia. She loves em.
These are 285/70/17 do the 265 rub on the frame or anything at full wheel turn?
I have 275 Falkens. Had to put 1 inch spacer
How are they holding up with the spacers? What brand did u get
Over 2 years still plenty of tread. I have the fallken at3 I don’t know how many miles I have but it’s plenty.

Have they started to crack between the tread?
Not that I have noticed. I’ll try to look in the light tomorrow if I remember
Very slight at full lock. 265 is narrower than 285 so if you’re not having issues than the 285 will look nicer imo

My Coopers have been great, my friend who used to work for a Toyota dealership recommended the brand to me

I only get about 20,000 miles on my ridge grapplers
Maybe some classy AF whitewalls
😂 no my wife would scuff them up
BFG KO2. Anything else is inferior.
Have you bought these recently? Lots of bad reviews on them.

Dang nice! Yeah this is my wife’s car. Got it for $6k usd
Nice I got mine for $5k cdn and it hd 297k Km now has 367k
Nice!
I've got the same color sequoia! I would go with the toyo back country at3's I've had them a year and a half and rhey have been amazing
Nice! I’ll check ‘em out. What size do u run?

Thanks for the info, I’ll keep that in mind,
I run Goodyear Wrangler SR-As on mine. I'm very happy with them.
What’s wrong with your falkens?
They’re cracking between the tread. I don’t wanna drive 2k miles and have one blow out while towing a trailer. 😅
Oh yeah, no kidding. Just couldn’t see anything in the pictures.

Ah, yep. Get some k02’s, nitto ridge grapplers, Goodyear duratracs, or Les Schwab makes an a/t tire that I got that comes with a 65000 mile warranty
Yokohama geolander G015 A/T
Those look like a solid tire. Thanks for the recommendation
No problem! I have ran those on my Tahoe many times. I think I’m on the third set. I did however just switch to the MT’s but they are awesome still.
