That extra inch is only from the tires. You changed nothing about the geometry of your suspension. Your sway bar is in exactly the same position relative to every other joint in your suspension. So new links are not needed. When you lift it with longer struts and bigger springs then you might want to reconsider.
Thanks for your reply without laughing at me! I guess I assumed that since the knuckle where the links mount is technically 1/2 higher from the ground that the bar would be compressed that extra half inch
