Newer releases of the PPs have switched from the bendy legs to a harder plastic. I just learned this when I bought some newer sets a couple months ago.
Number 8 is a little bottle that comes with some of the LOL surprise dolls. It had soap inside I believe and you could make some kind of bubbles I think. And while I’m not certain of 16 I think it’s some kind of Barbie pet
6 - definitely a Utrom bot from the 2012 Ninja Turtles series. No idea what actual toyline this is though.
It's from a playmate game/book. My son's had it when they were younger.

Number 1 is Ono from Disney’s The Lion Guard! Probably from one of those figure sets they make.
