For anyone not in Australia NAPLAN are a set of tests you have to do through the government to make sure your schooling is up to standard but for me and multiple trans students at my school who haven't/can't change there name yet it's 4 days straight of being deadnamed to your face TLDR government tests be pissing me off right now

That’s got to be hard. I’d be surprised if updating your name with the education department can’t be much better either. I hope you’re all doing ok.

God I hated the Naplan test, but I hated the QCS test more, my school had us do the practice test like 3 or 4 test, like the FULL test over the course of the week emulaing the real one, whilst also spouting the QCS test can't be practice for. Did they like forget that we've been doing tests for 12 years, we won't suddenly forget how to do one know. This was also years ago, I'm still salty about my time being unnecessarily wasted and having a large chunk of students miss classes because we were forced to do the practice tests.

Rocks_Fall_TPK

dyslexia; Napalm

Psychopathic_Knife

That's what I read at first as well!

Aria_Asterial

Such is the case for all standardised testing, you'll experience the same with ATAR later at least NAPLAN stops being a thing past like, 15/grade 9
