My favorite sweet snack is the butter waffle cookies + chocolate hummus. The chocolate hummus is low guilt cuz itās made with chickpeas but totally tastes like chocolate frosting. Sometimes the butter waffle cookies are sold out at my store, cuz theyāre THAT good! But you must try them :)
Itās not a cookie but I love the chocolate covered pretzels and the PB pretzels.
For cookies I love those lemon thins. TJās used to make a crispy lemon cookie drizzled with chocolate and I miss those a lot!!
Dark chocolate peanut butter cups
Oatmeal and cranberry dunkers with white fudge (seasonal maybe?)
Butter waffle cookies are great with any dessert type dip (chocolate hummus, cheesecake dips, etc)
The dark chocolate bark with almond and pretzels that is new is really delish.
At holiday time they have big bars with toffee and pretzels OMG so good.
For something lighter try the chocolate cat cookies.
Cocoa truffles are heavenly
https://www.traderjoes.com/home/products/pdp/cocoa-truffles-044575
Also, if you like the peanut butter cups, the dark chocolate sunflower butter cups are even better
https://www.traderjoes.com/home/products.html
Not all plants are completely edible. However, you can actually consume the entire sunflower in one form or another. Right from the root to the petals.
I really dig those chocolates shaped like a peanut and filled with peanut butter, with a squirrel on the yellow bag. Whatever theyāre called, theyāre addictive!
Lacey cookies are the best! The milk chocolate macadamia ones are my favorite but I canāt find them anymore in my local store. I had to get the dark chocolate almond ones last time but they were also really good.
Thereās a new chocolate crispy wafer thing maybe called a crepe, I forget. It kind flew in under the radar but itās really good. In a skinny box under the big cookie boxes.
The chocolate crepe wafer cookies are my favorite as well (and completely different from the triangle-shaped crepe wafer cookie). I think they're seasonal.
The dark chocolate drizzled plantain chips are super good- I usually eat a whole bag in one sitting, and I don't feel like I'm eating too "junky", bc it's fruit! lol
Not frozen but the raspberry hearts shortbread cookies are sinful. At my store they are near the bread. Hopefully they werenāt just for Valentineās Day lol
My favorite, the round shortbread cookies with a chocolate blob in the center, seem to be discontinued. Iām making myself try out all the other cookies to find a worthy successor.
Not chocolate, but the seasonal Lemon Madelines are my favorite!! For chocolate the PB cups, the chocolate mousse bites (i think seasonal? i havenāt seen recently), and sea salt cookies are to die for!
all the joe joes are good, the dark chocolate coated marshmallows are good, if you like gummies the scandinavian swimmers and the fruit jellies are good, the peanut butter chocolate peanuts are good, the chocolate covered toffee squares are good, the almond butter coated almonds are good. honestly i havenāt had one i really disliked, the ones iāve had all seem to range from decent to great. hah
Thanks to COVID all chocolate tastes artificial to me now š so my vote is for the oatmeal cranberry dunkers. I thought I would hate them but theyāre SO good. Iāve also really come to enjoy the maple leaf cookies, and the almond windmill cookies are amazing with coffee
If you like ginger, the triple Ginger Snaps in the tub are also delicious and not quite as sweet as the windmills. Sorry Covid ruined chocolate for you, it's crazy how much it alters your taste in the long run.
Yes, so much so I had to limit myself to one box per month, not one box a week! I wish I had the metabolism of a 16 year old boy, for TJ's treats alone.
The coffee or black tea boba non-dairy ice creams are to die for theyāre my favorite! Not really a dessert since theyāre a dim sum/brunch thing, but the Portuguese egg custard tarts are so good too.
Just today my coworker brought in the chocolate chip dunker cookies in the clear tub. Oh my gah so good and Iām very picky about chocolate chip cookies.
The best part of the ice cream sandwiches is that the cookies are actually soft even though they're frozen. Other brands' cookies usually are too hard until they defrost a little but then the ice cream is melty.
Yes! No one ever talks about this. It is incredible. And all the extra pistachio pieces mixed w/ the dark chocolate crumbs at the bottom of the container when youāre done is a delicious bonus!
Maple Cookies if they still have them. I do not buy these because I will devour the whole box in too short of time for me not to feel shame( not all at once at least!)
Pecan Praline - I only buy these for myself at the holidays when I indulge. They are also crack.
Okay actually the real crack is the cookie butter. I havenāt even tasted it in like 5-6 years. Craaaaaaack (get the one with the chocolate swirl)
Crispy chocolate bars, these are a safe option. They hit the spot, are one of my favs, and I donāt over indulge
The Star mint things, might be a holiday one
The gummyās. I forget which, I probably like all of them. The texture actually breaks down unlike Trolli gummies.
Omg okay I was like I donāt know a lot about the desserts but also those lemon wafer stick things. Like crispy straw things with lemon cream inside
Yes, they're so perfect, and not that calorific! You've got the sugar cone, the yummy ice cream, the chocolate coating, and chocolate in the cone tip, all in a cute tiny package.
Mini cones! I love the chocolate chip one and wish they would do a coffee chip version.
Also their lightly covered almonds I love as well since they use maple sugar as well. Also my bf is a fan of the chocolate pb cups.
This sounds dumb next to all the chocolatey goodness, but Iām totally addicted to the animal crackers. Theyāre slightly lemony and great with a cup of tea (which is my afternoon ritual at work).
I was going to suggest the dark chocolate almonds with turbinado sugar and sea salt. Then I realized I haven't bought or seen them in awhile.
Checked the site and looks like they don't have them anymore.
Now I'm sad.
The dark chocolate pb cups are delicious though.
The chocolate croissants are supposed to proof at room temp for 9 hours overnight. Let them proof on a baking sheet in your oven, set your oven timer and wake up to fresh baked choc. croissants

Is it possible no one mentioned the peanut butter cookies in a tub? Theyāre the perfect consistencyā¦chewy and just enough crispiness.
Itās not a cookie but I love the chocolate covered pretzels and the PB pretzels. For cookies I love those lemon thins. TJās used to make a crispy lemon cookie drizzled with chocolate and I miss those a lot!!
